I think I’d call here. The turn looks weird.
On one hand, there arent many better hands you would have here (or at all). On the other hand, betting something worse for 3 streets would require the villain to be a special kind of guy. Judging by the stats, he might be the latter (aggro fish to be specific), so i guess call?
Also i think people are more likely to take the pot odds and call with high one heart hands while always raising 65/76 flushes, and then they can just have random hands that spaz against the flop bet.

Fold river. The only way this is a call is that he is a fish and you induced him otf. And you didnt say he is. Plus for inducing you did bet a little bit too big otf. Other than that you are toast.
Vs 23/9 i would just keep making small bets ott and otr. When you check he just bets better hands for value and maybe bluffs maybe not, but you miss value form lowers flush sets ect
Looks like a value line from a probable. Do we beat many value hands? Pretty hard to come up with any on a 4 flush board.
