I think that happened in a college game yesterday. I don't remember which one. And it's possible that it was a NFL game instead, but I know I saw it recently and didn't understand why it was allowed.

Sirianni is clueless. Nearly blows the challenge flag for the fumble in the first quarter. Then, he can't differentiate the conversion percentage of 3rd and 13 vs. 4th and 3. Being from Philly, it is amazing how much of a moron he makes of himself in simple in-game decisions from week to week.

I think I've seen more OPI calls today than the entire season so far.
