This sounds like my situation also. Im pretty sure i gained somewhere between 60-80 levels in the week. Got $10 bonus.

I did many different calculations, looking at your post and the thing WSOP sent me and I posted above. As far as I can see, you are 100% correct. For every dollar we get in Rakeback, we pay 2.50 in rake, at 40%. According to the WSOP pic, we need to pay 1000 in rake to get the 200 bonus. Which equates to 400 in Rakeback. I got 440 in Rakeback and only 10 dollars back.

Everyone should contact WSOP and complain about this. They did not give us the correct amounts.

Where do we complain? I got zero from the promotion and I opted in on day one. This new software rakeback deals & promotions suck compared to the old one.

*EDIT* The DIY bonus came late, but the rake still sucks.

Weird, I got a second "DIY - Immediate Bonus" this morning, the first one yesterday was for $80 and this one was for $120. I assumed I had only earned the $200 bonus since they give you 40% of it immediately, but maybe I got the $500 and they made some corrections?

I only got one DIY and it was this morning.

It seems like they fixed it. Check your accounts!

Yeah I have no idea what is going on. Now I have 3 diy bonuses: 10 immediate, 36 immediate and a $10 pending one.

Again, this is exactly what they credited to me also.

I just play.... honestly. Whatever they give me, they give me. I think going into it realizing they're worthless and that we can't rely on them is sadly the only way to ever approach this.

Thanks everyone for posting. I think this forum is really invaluable because there's nowhere else to get reliable information and we have to basically police everything ourselves.

Does anyone have a 'Nice Hand' emoji in their client? I am in NV... and don't have it.

Someone just showed me a 'Nice Hand' emoji after i lost a pot against them. How is it possible that the clients are different? I have a 'Good Game' but not a 'Nice Hand'.

Can someone please tell me how stupid I am and tell me what I am missing or where to find it 😃

Yes... 100%. I wasn't hallucinating. This player flashed me a 'Nice Hand' emoji face. It doesn't exist anywhere on my client as far as i can tell. I want to know what kind of wizards im playing against. Seriously. Im not kidding.

As of last night... ive stopped earning Rewards Credits. I was at 1976 redeemable credits at around 9pm PST last night. Played all last night and a little bit this afternoon and still at 1976. Anyone else experiencing this?

I wish they'd restrict the emojis to between hands. It really wouldn't be hard to signal to other players you know using a pre-determined arrangement of emojis. Might be easy to catch for the most part, but there are players who just throw out constant emojis, and it would be feasible for there to be hidden messages in all the chaos, much like a third base coach in baseball.

There are also times when a pair will come on the flop, and some player not in the hand will use the tilt emoji a bunch of times, suggesting they folded what would've been trips. This happens live as well, but the dealer is there to shut them up if they start talking about their hand. There is no recourse on WSOP.com.

You can see emojis during hands?? I have them turned off but I still click the buttons to needle other players although I'm not certain if they work when I have them turned off since there's no way to see. I love that you can needle other players after you win since there's no longer a chat function.

Your signaling using emojis theory is ridiculous. There's a thing called a telephone players could use to "signal" each other that's a tad more efficient way to cheat.

If you know the person there are a ton of less conspicuous ways to signal with them

Just venting, but I accidentally bought a bunch of tournament tickets instead of cash with my points. Seems like it should be an easy fix. Emailed support and was told there’s nothing they can do. So always double check before you buy

And it’s so tilting that that tickets are even an option. The conversion rate is worse and why would anyone want to be handcuffed to use their money only for a specific dollar buy in of tournaments?

You shouldn't scramble your ways when buying those tickets, but instead take your time. I had similar mistake of buying those $50 tournament tickets which i have zero use for. the cash is always 100 pts less compared to the tournaments.

These 20bb stacks are an absolute scourge. I feel bad giving WSOP my action/rake when they make such ridiculous changes.

Unless I'm mistaken, the cash option is a "bonus" not straight cash. You have to work it off to get it. The tournament tickets you can buy directly into the tournament. Depending on the volume you're putting in or whether you have other bonuses already going, the tournament tickets are often better.
