Within the last week, CN accused all men of being broken on a forum where probably 95% of the posts are by males.
And nobody made a big deal out of it because we are adults..
Yeah, he was living in the trans thread and when CN evicted him, he must not have any where else to go. It’s a pretty lame attempt at revenge. At least, that’s like, my opinion, dude.

Sorry but how does this make the time of the month comment less sexist or rude? I think personally she's hopelessly generalising about men in some respects. She happens to be correct re statistics though so there's a sense of context there and these quotes are from discussions that I have no idea how heated they got etc. Not the same as randomly asking a female mod if it's her time of the month, over her modding.

I actually think she's fair. I've had disagreements with her but she is fair and can take on board another pov or grievance re decisions she's made, which I'm saying from personal experience wrt warnings etc.

How on earth are posters supposed to expect 100% hypocrisy in how the moderator posts and moderates when it comes to being both rude and sexist in the same week. I would argue crossnerds posts contained more sexism and rudeness

The fact that she made posts belittling me for not having kids without knowing how much invetro and things my wife and I went through and the posts got magically deleted and she got promoted means I know i will be eventually permaed again if I continue to post

You're being dishonest here - you know very well we were temp banned for different reasons.
This is the nub of the whole problem with having mods - people like you, and there are probably many like you, see this as some sort of work-like environment where you can earn "promotion" to modship that enables you to act like a cop.
Mods should have low status not high and it should be seen as a chore to be shared out between everyone, like cleaning the kitchen in a communal house.

nobody died. he got in a barfight and the article didnt make any mention of injuries or medical care. the whole article quotes the guy claiming to be a victim and only that guy.
