um, the first ref came running in, blowing the whistle and motioning false start. It shouldn't matter what the right call should've been...one the whistle is blown, the play is dead.

"Had the clock been running at the snap, then by rule an illegal shift would convert to a false start," a league spokesman said, via The Athletic. "Since the clock was stopped (spike on the second-down play), an illegal shift is a live ball foul."

I don't see anything the refs missed. The only potential player that actually could have been called for false start on was Bowers and he was moving his arms like every receiver that lines up on the outside and false starts are not called in those situations.
Illegal shift seems like the proper call as it seems like not everyone was set.
Im on Seattle -1.5 to kick the Jets while their down . A must win for Seahawks. They screwed me late last year, I had Seahawks vs a Pitt team with Rudolf under center and their season over. It was a must win for Hawks last year too. They blew it, Rudolf lit um up and took my greenbacks.
