Can you run it twice on Stars micro PLO?

Weird question but I haven't played much in the last year. Recently I've been dabbling in 10PLO and after about 5000 hands at reg tables I don't think I've seen a single player run it twice.

I have the always run it twice box checked but it never seems to happen. I've seen plenty of cash outs but no one running it twice.

Any idea what's going on?
