FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

How can I be polite, in your opinion, when you haven't returned my money for two months? You've reset my verification twice in two months. I've sent you more than 20 documents in total. All documents are of the highest quality. Instead of paying me money, you constantly deceive me. And after that I'm supposed to be polite? You're scammers and just give me my money back and apologize for the inconvenience.But being an intermediary for scammers and still being offended is a luxury.

That email address is not live anymore but the best way is to go into the poker lobby and click the question mark at the to right hand corner and speak to AMANDA and from there you should get help.

How do I contact support to get advice on my question? Why can I make a deposit? Why can I play poker? But can't withdraw money?

Is it possible to get settled in dollars, not in euros when making deposit?

I have USD in my luxonpay, and I would like to make deposit USD-USD.

But, when I make deposit, the cashier says you will be debited XXX Euros.

In the poker lobby, when i click on the question mark, an error occurs "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED"; in the cashier, the link only goes to FAQ.
All mail messages returned with an error "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect"

I received a message in the mail again that
"Thank you for the documents you sent.

The address confirmation you sent us has already been verified, but unfortunately we are unable to fully verify your 888poker account as the document you provided is not a valid ID. Please provide an alternative ID translated into English, such as:

- National ID Card (FRONT AND BACK)
- Residence Permit ID Card


It's easy and simple! So make sure all your documents are displayed in full and clearly visible, and the information in them is displayed clearly and easily readable.

I am a citizen of Ukraine and I have passport-booklet of the citizen of Ukraine .

I can't have - Residence Permit ID Card
National ID Card (FRONT AND BACK)
Also, the ID card is visible at all times if it is necessary to replace a 1994 passport (waste, theft, change of name, change of name or other data of the holder of the document).

Hello, i have recieved email ( IMG below)

However - 888 have approved all my documents like 5-6 times within last month, thats just getting reducilous - it seems that they will ask me for new documents until there is no more bills i have avialable so theyll not unblock my account WITHOUT any reason for its being blocked....

Even if i want to add new document when im pressing VERIFY button from email it getting me to SAFE-CASHIER where again screen thats not letting me to anything in cashier app

You can use only 1 tournament ticket just 1 time per tournament? Example, say you use a $5.50 ticket or $55 ticket to enter a tournament. Once you use a ticket, if you want to reenter, it will always deduct from your cash balance regardless?

Now what happens if you played a satellite and satellited into a tournament? If you bust and reenter, will it deduct from your tournament ticket balance if you have a $5.50 or $55 ticket or would it deduct from your cash balance?

Are people still having lag issues or it isn't any issue anymore?
