Stupidity is in many cases the result of the circumstances a person had to deal with or innate. There's virtually no distinction between stupidity and circumnstances since both are out of our control: no one chooses to be an idiot and that is crystal clear to any rational human being.
I say this because you take pleasure in the humiliation of those you deem of low IQ, or maybe those with low IQ who also happen to be belligerent. In any case they didn't choose it.
If you find it amusing to deride such individuals at least don't come up with such a weak moral rationale to justify your behavior.
