UnitedHealth CEO Assassinated

UnitedHealth CEO Assassinated

The murder of UnitedHealthcare's CEO is a strange story. On the one hand, the killer obviously was taking steps to avoid getting caught. He was wearing a hoodie. He used a silencer. He clearly had an escape plan.

On the other hand, he was wearing a distinctive backpack. He may have left a food wrapper and a water bottle at the scene. And there was writing on each of the three shell casings (the words "deny," "defend," and "depose").

The black bag is clearly hanging above his waist. In the hostel pic, part of it is visible just behind the right side of his upper back. How would a duffel be visible that high up?

RE: Eyebrows... I see one picture with all light color and not speck of black between the eyes and one with a caterpillar eyebrows 5 days later. Is that not worth questioning? Wouldn't the case be a lot more straightforward if you could detect some semblance of black between the killer's eyes, rather than none at all?

So was Luigi at the scene of the crime or not? Did the other guy commit the crime because he and Luigi planned it together? Did Luigi know he was going to be the fall guy?

Are you saying the unibrow pictures predate his capture or that he appears to have a unibrow five days after not having one at the hostel?

How are you going to explain away the dna matches, gunshot residue and other forensic evidence linking Luigi to the crime scene, bullets and gun?

What should we think of your theory if Luigi plea bargains?

I know except I'm serious.

Yet you and Cuepee are never logged in at the same time…..,hmmmmm.

Be serious for one moment in your life.

Look at the writing style and insane argumentation and tell me how it being Cuepee doesn't make all sorts of sense.

going to be wild if he does indeed plead not guilty and goes to trial, i think we can rest assured this would be bigger than oj and probably the most hyped up trophy ever

Possibly, yes, and yes.

How are you going to explain away the dna matches, gunshot residue and other forensic evidence linking Luigi to the crime scene, bullets and gun?

This is all very up in the air. We need to have both defense and prosecution do analyses. Obviously there are many outcomes that are bad for my theory, but as for now, we can't say anything definitive.

What should we think of your theory if Luigi plea bargains?

If Luigi plea bargains then my theory is clearly wrong.

Which picture best shows the unibrow in your opinion?

I don't think cameras are allowed in NY courtrooms

*Googled and they aren't.

Basically impossible.

The second one I posted in this thread. The first mugshot fresh from his arrest at McD's.

There is no chance it will be bigger than OJ. You should look into the views that case got. It was morning/afternoon drama tv everyday for half the households in the country.

What's so disconnected?

Do you not agree that the case would be more of a slam dunk if the hostel/killer pics had the same clothes/backpack?

Do you not agree that the case would be more of a slam dunk if the unibrow was visible in the Starbucks pic?

Do you not agree that his "you're insulting the intelligence of the American people" line would make a lot more sense if, as someone who has the most information about the incident of anyone currently known, he is referencing a problem with the mainst

The case is going to be a slam dunk no matter what. He had the moral equivalent of a written confession in his bag when he was arrested. And the shell casings match the gun he had in his possession when he was arrested.

If you think that he is going to be allowed to put the U.S. healthcare system on trial in front of a jury if he pleads not guilty, you are mistaken.

you think for a second that trump is not going to jump on this as a champion of the people and push for reform?

Not sure why you'd think that would happen.

Nah. The establishment has lost some ability to control over the narrative; but I am pretty confident they can control the story around the trial, so it is a nothing burger. Look at how much a nothing burger the Maxwell trial turned out to be. Will be the same thing.

I would not bet on Trump helping this guy but I mean it is Trump so who knows

Not sure either. And even if he did, it wouldn't help this guy much in a trial.

Different guy.

What?

It has to do with it whether the state allows coverage or not and whether the case is being tried in state or federal. It has nothing to do with some Establishment dudes pulling the strings over the entire judicial system.

...maybe Roc can clarify as I am not an expert, but I am not sure what you are talking about.

...could you explain in a little more detail?

I guess the coincidental part is that you'll end up being mostly correct as by the time this thing gets to trial, you'll have had multiple high profile killings since then, trump in office, and 50 million people watching pornhub or 5,000 different channels of crime tv than they did when you only had the Simpson trial right before the Simpsons on cable TV.

All it takes for the case not to be a slam dunk is for one juror to be like the majority of the people in this thread and in other social media.

Since Mangione mentioned Michael Moore in his manifesto, the latter decided to put his movie "Sicko" on youtube for free:

I wonder what the rules will be for striking jurors.

Would the prosecution get to strike anyone who knows anyone who has been negatively affected by a health insurance company for cause?
