big win by Rockets. I've read they won't make a big trade this year --- they want to see the youth build together this season and see what they can accomplish.

Jimmy Butler to Houston

Trying to play every game and play 35 minutes per game is the wrong idea. It's causing him to have to conserve energy too much by not playing defense. His recent slump on 3's was probably fatigue related. He'd probably be a lot more effective and still elite at 25-27 minutes per game.

And the Reeves injury really hurt what the Lakers were doing. Knecht was on fire in the early season too and that's dropped off.

Does anyone else feel like the East sucks?

I dislike all of the teams except Toronto and NY.

I'm looking at the west and there's like 9 teams I like.

No one wants to watch the East.

The East is ****ing terrible top to bottom

The east has been the joke conference for about 25 years. It seems like every year out of the top 8 teams in the league usually 6 are in the west.

In the last 26 seasons, the East has had a winning record vs the West in the regular season just 3 times.

Some years the West absolutely clobbered them. The East had a record of

Terrible in terms of being likeable.

I'd rather have Tshiebwe than Sheppard. Just remain skeptical of Sheppard -- referring to undrafted versus lottery pick status. They put the new Big O in the game for 16 minutes and he gets 9 rebounds, 3 offensive. The dude is a world class ball hawk off the glass, and maybe he can do it at the NBA level too, given the chance.
