tptk + nfd
This was played on an app. $.04 ante. $.10/$.20. Hero is a complete beginner, at PLO. 100bbe.
Pre-flop: HJ limps. BTN ol. SB oc. Hero 1.20 BB with A♠ K♥ 10♠ 6♥. HJ calls. BTN calls. SB folds.
Flop ($4.00): K♠ 7♠ 2♥. Hero 4.00. HJ calls. BTN folds
Turn ($12.00): K♠ 7♠ 2♥ 6♣. Hero pot 12.00. HJ jams for a bit more. Hero calls.
Not sure if the line/sizings are good. Not sure how we should be structuring at micro-stakes compared to tougher games as well.

In theory, you shouldn't be betting anything MW OOP on the flop. HJ limp tells us the player is a likely fish, so we can start playing exploitable and bet this hand ourselves. I would bet 1/2 pot on the flop. If they have lower flushdraws or a bad K, it's very hard to call a potsize bet, but they won't fold it against a half pot bet.
Looks perfect to me though I wouldn't be potting flop, that's small scale spew that doesn't get punished as much at lower stakes but is still a mistake

In what theory
Looks good, your hand is slightly too strong to pot the flop however. When you have nut fd + TPTK kind of hand you want weaker hands to come along in 3-bet pots on dryish flops like this. 1/2 pot maybe with this, still potting the turn.
It doesn't make a massive difference at lower stakes.
1/2 pot range is often more polarized, you should have a pot range here as well too which contains two pairs, TP+low fd, TPTK+FD blocker etc. Some players merge these ranges (1/2 and pot) to a 2/3 pot to make their life easier but idk, I feel like it loses equity but it isn't horrible by any means.
