FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

We have received member passport, but unfortunately, the passport he submitted has been rejected again. As previously communicated, we cannot proceed with your request without valid documents.

They gave you a standard answer that I have received many times. Why did they decide that my Ukrainian passport is invalid? The validity of a passport issued in the form of a passport booklet is unlimited. If I get a foreign passport, but according to the transliteration rules, my first name will differ from the one indicated in the profile by one letter at the end. In the profile Anatoliy. In the foreign passport, most likely, it will be Anatolii. The last name and date of birth will be the same as in the profile on 888poker. Time has passed since registration and the transliteration rules have changed. Will they check or say that the data does not match? Can you get an answer from them for me? This is important for me because I don't have a lot of free money. Thank you!

How can I contact support?
In the poker lobby, when i click on the question mark, an error occurs "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED"; in the cashier, the link only goes to FAQ.

It seems extraordinarily unfair and most unprofessional that your Support keeps rejecting for different reasons what appears to be the normal standard legal item of personal ID for a Ukranian, and then not even trying to assist your customer further by offering advice on available alternative documents that they might decide to accept instead.

If they have some very damning evidence that he should not remain an active customer of yours for some reason or other they should ban him. If not, they should be bending over backwards to try to help him, not simply saying, "Sorry - is there anything else can we do for you today?", whilst inferring that unfortunately they will have to keep his needed money from him, indefinitely.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds from 888poker since April. Despite undergoing the verification process, resubmitting documents multiple times, and no one explaining that documents must be exclusively in English. It's good that you can ask social networks, I finally managed to get my account verified after two months by replacing my Ukrainian passport with an ID card and obtaining a certified translation. However, the withdrawal was declined due to the initial deposit being made with a MasterCard.

Subsequently, I deposited funds using a Visa card and initiated a withdrawal request. Unfortunately, this request has been pending for a month now. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer support (which is a challenging task in itself), I have only received generic assurances that my issue would be resolved, but nothing has changed. I have not received any rejections, specific requirements, or alternative withdrawal options. Instead, I am consistently presented with withdrawal methods suitable for Belarus, even though I reside in Ukraine.( Ukraine and Belarus are two VERY different countries!) I have provided additional documentation as requested, including a bank statement. However, I continue to be asked for documents that were already submitted during the initial verification process on June 29th. Despite sending my ID, bank statement, and utility bill on September 4th, I have received no updates. It is now December, and I am still facing the same issue: no rejections, no specific requirements, and no alternative solutions, only being ignored. Am I cursed? Someone is performing their duties inadequately? Or is it 888 poker's intention to keep players from getting their money? I sincerely hope you can assist me in resolving this matter. The worst part is that I tried to verify my account before depositing, but they would just ignore the documents I sent. Only after I had deposited enough to play on the new high stakes tables was I asked for verification, which, if I don't pass, apparently means they get to keep my deposit.
