there is no way this is tue because it would be bad use of funds or illegal? or kai form twtich would have leaked this if he got offered to interview her like he said he did but no monetary behind it.

Trump got charged and found guilty (by a disastrous badfaithed application of a bad state law) because of complicated technicalities regarding new York state law.

I don't know much about campaign finance rules or laws but I doubt the US tax code would find a CEO paying a porn star for a golf vacation screw to be a legitimate business expense.

it's actually easier to see why paying her to be quiet is more justifiable than paying her for sex (with campaign money).
while the latter is just personal consumption for the candidate (and a transaction that isn't eve necessarily legal in most states), the former is very evidently a political expense to reduce the reputational damage of someone talking badly about the president.
if it is legal to pay anyone to talk well about you , then how can it not be legal to pay anyone not to talk badly about you?
