I'm having the "105 error" in many places (sports, cashier, help and the new Sunday Million section). Anyone else?.

It has been like this for like 1 year and half.

Try to change dns to google or contact support.

I'm having this problem for like 1 year and half. I've sent a mail some time ago to the mail address i get on that "105 error" screen. Automatically i've received a mail saying that the address is no longer working, that i have to write to another address. I proceed to write to that new address and never got a reply.

Anyway if i enter through a browser, things work well so it's not that bad.

Email support doesnt work anymore, you have to use the chat.

with so few playes left they can lose some support options

Guys pokerstars hotkeys dont work for me on the keyboard, but only on the mouse, does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

The sofware started lagging and now I cannot log in. I am sitting out in tournaments. Internet works fine. ffs

Anyone else having trouble depositing with credit card?
I keep getting this error:
"Processing Transaction Processing your request takes longer than expected. Please contact [email]support@starsaccount.com[/email]"

The funny thing is, they tell you to email them but the email just bounces back - you can't make this **** up.

For the past 4 years, every update they've released has made the software way worse than before.

I tried reaching support through chat and was stuck waiting for 12 hours. An agent would pop into the chat every 2 hours only to leave immediately.

Are you from UK? You can't deposit into gambling sites with a credit card anymore

Anyone having the client freeze for ~10s whenever you exit the application?

Why are we still loosing our time opening bugged coffins to get the rakeback if it's a fixed rate? Make a click 1 button to redeem for good!

Because they assume that poker players are all dumb degen gamblers.
The site is barely breathing IMO. Guarantees are pointless in micro tournaments- literal waste of time and money. Table cap is too low, i tried to play 4 tables 6m+4 tables of 9m and 4 tables of 6m zoom at nl2 but it didn't allow me to open the 6max cash tables after i had opened 4 full ring games.So your only option is to have either 4 6m zoom tables + 4 fr OR 4 standard 6m to play at 8 tables if you want more you have to open up different limits for extra 4+4 to exceed 8 tables. It used to be a POKER site, now it's over regulated by gov morons and all they do is make sure that max amount of players would just donate money to them and circulate the funds in games with minimal edge to pay more rake.

When it's near the bubble or the stone bubble, is the only way to know how many players bust during the bubble to open every single table up and check if any player bust? Only when all the tables are finished, is when it would show how many players are now left so only then you would know? Example, say 31 players left and 29 in the money. Then say after it's finished, it would then show 29 players remaining which is now in the money or it could show 30 or 31 players still so it isn't in the money.

What about when there is exactly 30 players left and 29 in the money. Say a player with 10bb busts. Then another player with 3bb busts afterwards. Now there are 28 players left so it's in the money. If that player with 3bb check that the 10bb player bust first and then they bust, are they 30th or 29th? Now if there are a lot of more players like say 302 players left and 300 in the money, obviously more players bust but if you have to manually check every table, you still have to track who started with a bigger stack first?

Is there a way to save your favorite tournaments where a stars update doesn't erase it completely? Whenever stars has an update, I notice after the update, sometimes all my tournament favorites get deleted.

Can someone explain how the stars chests work when you can't finish a chest on time? I know there is an option to exchange to a lower level chest. Say it's a gold chest and it's 50000 points for $125 cash. Now if you have say just 5000 points and exchange, I believe they drop that points to very low number? What number is that? Does it differ if say you have like 1000 points or 10000 points?

But what if say you have say 42000 points but can't clear it on time. Say you probably get to max 47000 points before the chest expires so you want to exchange for a lower chest. If you exchange, what happens here? You never get any immediate cash right and you always have to earn a small amount of points? But do go back to silver then and now most of your 42000 points is wasted and you only get max $40 cash?

Was thinking today about how it would be great if Poker Stars introduced a SB chip and BB chip at the tables that can be enabled via the settings. Sometimes players come and go and it can be easy to forget if you were in the SB or BB in specific hands.

That's only 30 days. I had a db of over 700k hands that i lost so i wanted to recover at least some of it. I was talking about REQUESTING hh-s from them. Why isn't that a feature in the client? Wtf am i supposed to do with last 100 hands like they have an option there lol.

Though I'm not sure what you can do now. I recommend changing it from 30 Days to 9999 Days for the future.

Did you happen to receive your HHs from support? I’m also wondering why the options to request through the client are 1 week max or 100 hands.

You can use their website, login and request hh-s. Not sure why it's not in the client.

Anyone else having issues that Pokerstars is not tracking all tournament results? I lost ~300$ in yesterday session, but Pokertracker shows me 22$ profit from yesterday. I requested tournament summaries via email from Pokerstars, but importing them didn't fix the issue, and when I viewed my results from whole month, Pokertracker shows ~1000$ more profits than I've actually won.

It’s there. The issue is the restrictions on # of hands and/or time frames are incredibly small. 100 hands and 1 week max is useless for cash games imo
