$25K WSOP SUPER MAIN EVENT - Livestream
Livestream. Day 3.
Harvey Jackson just had a punt of epic proportions. Playing crazy the entire stream. How he nabbed 5th in the Millionaire Maker is beyond me.
what are the lines on:
-addamo wins
-boeree wins
-bonomo gets disqualified on purpose
-bonomo wins and then gets disqualified on purpose
If someone wins, then they must be sunrunning, must have a higher luck quotient than most of us.
She also has a good personality, which is good for being a TV presenter.
If anyone can see past the politarding can someone tell me when the final table stream starts and if its on YouTube again?
HERE. WE. GO!!!!!
Don't agree that they should make him remove a piece of clothing with no words on it, even if his goal is to gaslight at every opprotunity. I have a hard time getting too riled up, though, because we're all gonna be dead eventually. None of this matters
Here is some highlights from yesterday. The final table stream starts at 10am PST.
Bonomo made a long statement this morning and pinned it on his Twitter.
Final table stream in 1.5 hours.
Addamo about to put on a clinic.
Sorry for the jinx.
Liv still in it, 4th of 5.
Mod note: Just a reminder that NVG is a politics free zone and violators will be banned
If you want to talk about Israel or whatever, the politics forum is the right place for you.
I think this is the 2nd year in a row this Paradise series in the Bahamas has run. As far as this particular tournament, I think that is a first.
Liv won 2.8M for 4th place and that is the most money any woman has ever won in a poker tournament.
So ****ing funny seeing posts like this in a vacuum
Even funnier to see them made about a tournament I as a regular of a poker forum had no idea even existed
This tournament is pretty big. If either of them had won, it would have been a big story and might have given them an endorsement contract. Someone like that creates way more interest than a GTO nerd. It wouldn't be anything like a poker boom though.
Liv coming in 4th for $2.8 million should be something of a story as is.
The best thing to come out of this is Winmax should have some pretty good Inside the Mind of a Pro videos with Kanit
Isnt MoneyMaker already an ACR sponsored player?
I was surprised liv Boeree didn’t shove A-10o with 20bb vs an utg open 6 handed. Idk spots like that- can’t see folding there as open should be fairly wide and an easy way to pick up 20mill when it goes fold.
Don’t think you can pass those spots in a live mtt and just being results orientated if you run into a better hand. Difference between 80 mill chips and 100mill is big
Didn’t she pick up $700,000 with that fold?

Bigger difference with 80mil and zero though
Liv made over $1.5 million total by doing nothing but folding for 3 hours straight while being a short stack so tbh her decision to play extremely tight on the final was a good exploit. Folding ATo there is bad if you're not on a table where Addamo is going to play a ton of hands he doesn't need to and go from being the chip leader to busting in 6th. It's worth taking into consideration that Day 3 ended with her busting Moneymaker. She rode those chips from Moneymaker to go from the $500,000 10th place to the $2.1 million 5th place then managed to get the elimination on the other short stack to get into 4th for $2.8 million. That's a huge result from folding.
She's basically surrendering the chance to win the tournament by doing that but that $7 figure amount in pay jumps is a huge amount to make without having to risk chips. She made more in pay jumps in this tournament by sitting on the final table with a stack and folding than Addamo did total.
In contrast I think Bonomo's decision to shove threes was a fairly decent punt. At a final table where people are giving insane amounts of action and playing street poker threes is just like a muck there all the time I think, you have way less fold equity than you usually do and you don't need to take flips.
I know it's easier to say when you get to see every hand, but idk I think Boeree had a much better read on the table dynamic than Bonomo and his play with the threes there kind of feels like a robotic preflop chart play that isn't the right play in this kind of game. Addamo's reputation kind of precedes him and you see him like raising 5 hands in a row and going for the throat every other hand with the unknown Chinese player in a Fendi bucket hat, look down at pocket threes preflop and ship it into those players doesn't feel like the play.
Shoving ATo over an UTG raise is pretty marginal.
British and female stereotypes to fold your way up in the money.
