I'm trying to build a statistic that takes the odds of not facing a cbet and folding to a float bet. So far I have something like this:

(1.0 - (cnt_f_cbet / cnt_f_cbet_opp)) * (cnt_f_float_def_opp_action_fold / cnt_f_float_def_opp) * 100.0

I'm trying to find a way to get stats only on cbets that happen OOP since IP and OOP cbets can be vastly different. I have found columns which can represent calling, folding, and raising cbets IP and OOP, but nothing for cbetting by itself. Is there a way around this or am I stuck with what I've got?

You will need custom columns that calculate OOP cbets and you can get those by importing the 'Cbet Flop OOP' custom statistic from the Download Warehouse.

I currently have the small stakes Hold'em + Omaha.

I would like to upgrade the Hold'em component to the All Stakes version. On the Website I'm not quite sure which of these options I should be choosing since the namings do not seem to be consistent with the secondary names in each option

The option you have selected in your screenshot is the correct option for upgrading Holdem from Small Stakes to All Stakes on your existing license.

I've just reinstalled windows following a hard drive failure. When trying to access my registration code after logging in via My Account -> Registration Codes, I get a 'too many redirects' error then end up on an access denied page at https://www.pokertracker.com/user/login?...

Try logging out of your PokerTracker.com account here which will clear your site cookies:

I just downloaded the latest version of PT4 released a few days ago, prior I did a back up. I also, downloaded PostgreSQL 16.4 as I was previously on an old 9.x version. But, now I am receiving the below error when I try to restore the database I created.

Please temporarily disable NoteCaddy via the 'PokerTracker+ -> NoteCaddy -> Disable NoteCaddy' menu option, restart PokerTracker 4 and try the restore again.

Also, is there any way to copy/import a cash game HUD profile, so that it can also be used as a tournament profile? I haven't been able to figure this out.

You can duplicate a cash game HUD profile via the 'Options' button in the HUD Profile Editor and then choose whether it is created for cash or tournaments.

Adjusted equity is not calculated in hands where a player called an all-in and later folded as this introduces a bias in the results.

This is probably a long shot, but is there a way to build a stat that looks at river bet percentage after flop c-bet gets check/raised and is followed up with a bet on the turn? I have found a stat for betting the turn after the flop gets check/raised and another stat that looks at betting the river after the turn gets check/raised, but I can't seem to find a stat for betting the river after the flop gets check/raised and turn is also bet.

A custom statistic can be created for that using the columns from the first statistic you mentioned as a base to start with - see this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. While the latter was written for PokerTracker 3 and the user interface is different the techniques still apply to PokerTracker 4.

hi guys, when i play poker on my account the hud works 100% however when my brother logs into his account and starts playing the hud is nowhere to be seen it doesn't even show up on active tables etc etc i was wondering if anyone could help me?

Your brothers poker site account would have it's own settings and location for hand histories that PokerTracker 4 would need to know so that would need to be setup in addition to your own. Without further information on where you play I cannot be more specific but please check that your brothers poker site account is configured correctly with PokerTracker 4:

If you are not already doing so I'd also recommend using separate databases for each account as most poker sites wouldn't permit the sharing of HUD data between the two accounts:

is there a trick or order for opening PT4 and Ignition to get it to work right away? I'm often opening/closing/restarting computer until it works. sometimes it works right away. sometimes not. it always works fine on other sites

Start PokerTracker 4 and click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before you start the Ignition client. The Ignition Hand Grabber should attach the HUD to the correct tables but if the table windows are opened in very quick succession that can cause problems so take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c.

it didnt give me any indication but my hand grabber had expired. trying to newnew now but im getting the access denied/redirected too many times page. tried deleting cookies and a different browser. nothing working

Please contact us via our support system here. You don't need to be logged into the account and can submit the ticket as a guest - just make sure to use the same email address as your account for the ticket.

There have not been any known security issues with Advanced Poker Tools other than false positives via scan. Writing hand histories for sites that do not provide hand histories requires programming techniques which can incorrectly be flagged as a virus or trojan in security software. With that said, Advanced Poker Tools is not our software nor have we reviewed their code base. If you have any doubts you can always submit the files to your antivirus software provider and they will be able to do some research on the file.
