martim, i know english is not your 1st language, but you'd be much better served if:

1) in one sentence state what the situation - sounds like you brought them players
2) in one sentence state the grievance - sounds like they began shorting the players
3) in one sentence show the evidence this happened - i haven't seen any
4) in one sentence show what their response has been - all i've seen is them saying you've been rude and they won't engage with you furher

i think i was pretty clear when i posted the convo with readhuders

there was a 'mistake' , rb paid was 5% instead of 25% for 2 months straight, this had never happened , i asked to check it out , as my players were complaining , they said it was PVI , and i had to called them out, that it couldnt be possible , then next month , there was a 'problem' with the website , 3rd month , i had to called them out , and to solve the issue asap , as my players were owed iirc around 4k , next day , rb went from 5% to 25% again , and i had to the math to let them know how much they owed and 'its getting solved' , since for the 1st month they paid out 5% and ony after we noticed, when getting 5%, then yeah i got rude after 4months of having to deal with this , so i kept getting told that steven wasnt around and was the only one with access to the platform to correct it , he disappeared and couldn't be reached for a month or 2 , i asked if he had altered the fees manually , i can't be sure , nor ever have i affirmed that that happened, the coicidences where just ... , possibly he didnt have the money to pay out , so after 4 months and getting threatned by a law suit (lol americans) i was told , and you can see in previous screenshots , that i would get my account unblocked if i apologized , im owed at least 5k , i would say around 8k pbb, which was very convenient after closing my account they paid back the 2 months they owed .

it was not easy to link him to zapaffilites , he has several businesses and theres several profiles where he mentions only the most convenient , its a bit weird innit

i apologized , and told them i had info .. said several times i didnt want to escalate this . guess they didnt believe the info i had

and yeah @ that point they said they would get back to me , they got scared that i 'had info' , they had no intention of ever unlocking my account , its a decent amount of money and pbb it was better for the business to think i had no info ..

then after 3 months of no reply , i get that ridiculous offer , hilarious , and yeah i have screenshots for all of that

im just done with it , im not wasting more time on this ,im never getting my money back, and im not worried .. his company was already informed , and most likely they will do the right thing

i just lost way too much time on this already, and i think i already said everything on the other post ...

but yeah , theres the detailed info , again making me lose time on this

i had info , and they were scared .. but not scared enough , cause they never had any intention of paying me back , possibly there was not enough money to pay my fees, so taking the risk of the info i had was the only option

but yeah someone that threatens me with a lawsuit (lol americans) will always leave some trace ,it was hard , but for whom of interest , they can check the links , and make the connection

so its pretty obvious no one wants to read the screenshots, im just advising to not engage with them, but in reality , im just posting it in a way that its pretty clear to understand , with not a lof of time spent by me , and i know who's gonna read it .. and pbb who's gonna lose their job

Hi there, i had an issue today, im affiliated with zapruder and i was playing on bodog, they stop tracking my rakeback since beggining of last month, they told me today it was Bodog desicion beocose "Their view on terminating the tracking is that these accounts have aged out and they have no incentive to continue paying out affiliate commissions", there are the words from steven, does this make any sense?
Have anybody experience the same issue?

steven manually alters the rb %s to pocket money , and when you call him out, sort out the evidence after the denials, he'll just block you , or tell you to 'handle it yourself' ...

like i said , i can't betray other people that gave me personal info on how he scams players that he affiliates , putting them at high risk of getting issues , seems like you were one of the those cases ..

for a CO-Founder / CEO of a company that generates a billion dollars ? per year , protecting people from online scams , its quite hilarious

they came up with a ridiculous proposition to get my money back , obv you just have to laugh it off , but everyone that'll google his name , will be aware of who he is, it was my duty to inform the poker community

Have been playing under Zapruder for years without issue. Have referred a bunch of players to them and none have had issues to my knowledge. I dont think they are scamming anyone. You come across as manic in your messages to them and they probably didn't want to work with you anymore (and I don't blame them tbh).

1st - you're referring people and not getting paid for it , otherwise you would be sure if they had issues or not , that per se means that they are taking advantage of you .

2nd - 'i dont think' , so now you're just guessing they are not , when they just scammed you by not giving you % of the 'bunch' of players that you referred them to play for them

3rd - yeah after guaranteeing payment , and with clear issues on the rb and having spent countless hours proving them wrong, cause yeah 'its gg pokers pvi drop'.. from 30% to 0.1% for 4 months straight , they managed to pay the guys i was affiliant properly , by fixing the website 'mistake' , that i had to prove it had to be wrong. and the same issues kept on coming , which was also heavily cutting on the % i was getting from sub affiliating

4th - always a manic dude , but they owe me 5k$ or more, cause they blocked my account until i apologized. whatever i did it , took them 2 months to reply , and then i should wait 3 months , remove the thread , cause it was hurting their business, and then they would pay me back ..

also like i said , i just dumped most likely some of the more relevant screenshots , i wasn't gonna go back into the convo , it was just to make sure that everyone that works with him , will eventually find out ..

so if they don't wanna work with me anymore, that means that they just keep 5k$ or more , while we were on 'good terms' , im not really in what world you live , but i don't really think that's how things work

PS: It's what Pepe said , they stopped tracking rb , and you had to be the one to prove them wrong , cause they would come up with all sort of ridiculous excuses , and after 4 months they would apologize, and kinda pay it back ? cause there's always 'PVI' and it was always obviously underpaid

Don't really have a dog in this fight, but if they are making billions as you claim they are, why would they scam you for small amounts of money? Doesn't make any sense to me.

Also you haven't provided any evidence of them scamming you. Most of the "evidence" is just you melting down at their support while they try to address your issues.
