Diamond in a Day - CET Total Rewards
Is it still possible to get Diamond in a Day?
I have read about it in the past, just curious.
I did check and I see one at Caesers. https://www.vpfree2.com/casino/caesars-p...
It says there is $5 denom. But don’t understand what they mean by $25 per point.
25 dollars per tier credit instead of the normal 10
Thanks!
How do I confirm that there is a 10x multiplier for Jan 20-26? I don’t see it anywhere on the website.

You normally earn 1 tier credit for gambling $10. They mean that to get the better odds you have to pay more for it, $25.
As for how long it will take, you might be able to find a multiplay machine, where you play 3 or 5 or more hands per push. That changes it from a 12-ish hour task to maybe 3 or 4 hours.

The 9/5 JoB machines at Caesars are Spin Poker, which is a multi-play game. So you could play up to 20 lines at $5 spin, which would get you 10 TCs per spin. Though unlike other multi-play machines, once you get beyond 3 lines, the results of the lines become correlated with each other, which increases the variance of the game relative to regular multi-play. FWIW, my favorite form of VP is playing Spin Poker at exactly 3 lines.
Most VP pays 1 TC for every $10 coin in. Sounds like the machine you saw is $25 coin in.
I have never personally seen $25 coin in but. Have seen $50 and $99
Saw pig4bill response about spin poker. This makes more sense
What are the times when the tier multipliers officially start and end?
For example, I saw they have a 5x from 12/23 through Friday, 12/27, at my local casino. If I go on that Friday, will the 5x be running until midnight? Earlier?

Varies by property but they should be clear about it in the promo details. I just checked old emails and LV was 6 am-5:59 am while AC was 12 am-11:59 pm.
Ok, dumb math question for the 5x tier credits:
If you earn 500TCs, does that become 2.5k or do you get an extra 2.5k on top of the orignal 500?
So I plan to play during the 10x multiplier week to achieve diamond status. This will be my first time playing VP and I have chosen Jacks or Better. I have already started practicing on apps to understand the strategy and I feel I have a good hang of things. I am also going to Vegas next week, so I should get some real practice as well.
I am basically planning on $10k coin in on 1 day which should give be 1k + 1k bonus + 9x multiplier = 11K TC. And complete the remaining on the next 2-3 days (since trying to get a bonus is not worth it when I only have to play for 400TC). What's bankroll I would need?
How lucky are you going to be?

My FC membership renews on xmas (locked credit cards for now lol). Any insider info regarding Diamond benefit returning for 2025, like sources from other travel/benefit sites?
I searched and found some thought that it will no longer be available next year, especially with what happened this year. Since Caesars have been watering down the Diamond benefits, I feel that would increase the chances of it returning. Perhaps the negotiated fee that FC has to pay would possibly be lower due to the fewer perks for Diamond classic?
Fwiw, I got in at 295 and this is what they are offering me:
-100 Amazon eGift Card
-Complimentary Significant Other Membership ($495 value, will remain active as long as you are)
I've never had either of these benefits in the past. I even asked for the SO membership a couple years ago and got denied. The first covid year, they extended my membership 6 months. They may have discounted my fee that year by 1 or 2 hundred, but I don't recall.
Since my membership has expired, I cannot see the benefits page. Can someone PM me the Diamond benefit info please? And please post or PM any info/insight you have regarding this.
Kind regards,
Joe
The benefit page on FC hasn't changed and doesn't indicate in any way that the benefit is going away although it seems to be pretty accepted that it is going away. They wouldn't confirm or deny anything when I contacted them via email in early Nov.
Hi Mark,
The Caesars Rewards Diamond Status upgrade is valid through January 31, 2025. Please visit the benefit page to see the full benefit details. We don't have any further information to share at this time beyond what is shown on the benefit page. Appreciate your understanding.
Please let me know if I can help with questions about any other benefits.
Does 2024 Celebration Dinner go away 12/31 if unused or does it stick around until 1/31? I haven't used mine this year.

I think it does but my wife who usually knows more on these say it doesn’t. If I were to bet I would bet on my wife. Otoh, if near a CET property, I would just use it in the next week but I would not travel just to use up $100 credit

Don't take this as gospel, and I'm old so my memory sucks, and this anecdote took place 3 or 4 years ago and CET is always changing, but I think it's good for your "member year" as Diamond. I used it once in Jan and then also got a dinner in the fall of the same year.
Cool. Thanks. I planned on going to Shreveport last week but got too busy and now I have company in town for the rest of the year. Guess we'll find out in January. I'll report back.

Turns out it's one of the 2 incentives, not both. I'm leaning towards re-uping and getting the complimentary SO membership. I'm gambling that they will renew for more than 1 year lol! What are other FC members planning on doing when it's time to renew?
