Hand2note doesnt work
Hello im having problem running an app.
After downloading and installing i get window - welcome to h2n with imput folder button.
After i imported folder with my hands from GGpoker it loaded them and nothing happened.
Im stuck at same welcome window and if i try to get elsewhere it looks like nothing has been loaded no hands showing up.
Import file and selecting hands manually also doesnt work.
Can i have any help ?

We're sorry you faced such a situation.
Could you please double-check the HH file and confirm that it contains some hand history? The thing is, if you play tournaments, there are two options to download history files from GGPoker:
1) Tournament Summaries
2) Hand Histories
Sometimes, you may get confused with these two buttons cause it may be not too obvious that you should choose. Tournament Summary files contains only information about your place and winnings and don't have any information about your hands. If you import such files without hand history, Hand2Note won't show you any hands.
If you play cash games or your files do contains hand history, make sure you didn't select any Date Filters before importing (just click on the Reset button to reset it):
If you did, Hand2Note may ignore some hands because of the Time Zone Shift settings.

One of the issues I've run into with h2n.v4 is that I haven't been able to find how to change the currency that is displayed on my stats. It defaults to EUR and i want it to display in USD. I know i could just change the conversion rates in the currency settings to 1:1 but id prefer to have the proper symbols displayed.
Sorry for wasting your time if I'm missing something completely obvious.

As for now, there is no such an option to change the displayed currency in the Reports tab. A currency is set automatically according to the one you have in your room.
However, you can change the displayed currency in any Graph via Gear Icon -> Units (Y)

We have in plans to add an option to set one main currency, so it will be displayed on every tab of Hand2Note, but there is no any ETA for that, yet.

The same problem, i know how to recognize hands. I import data from 888, Stars and GG. Nothing works. Its melting couple of gigabytes in 0.5 second and nothing changes. Nice welcome to the trial...

Thanks for quick reply. Its very nice. The problem was, that everything was zipped. Thats why i couldn't import it. But there is another problem. I got interested in H2N because I was looking for something that would show me how all players from the database behave in one specific scenario. When I set preflop hands, everything works, but when I set 1st, 2nd and 3rd flop card and start test, it doesn't show me the flops I expected. Example. I need to know how ofter players bet flop with AA on low flop with all cards 7-2. AA shows up, but flops are totally different. Is it because of the trial version?

If you faced an infinite loading screen, please try the following:
1) Delete these folders and all files except the hands folder from the path where your database is stored? By default, it's located here: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note\Databases\Name of your database:
Then launch Hand2Note and click on 'Build Statistics'
If it doesn't help, you'll have to delete the entire database, unfortunately. But you can restore your hands by importing the following folders C:\Hand2NoteHh\ and C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N\ to the new database.
If that doesn't help or you experience some other situation, let us know!

Hello, yeah ive had infinite loading screen, before i had ur reply i figured that issue is database, and i had to delete it in full and than import all hands again and rebuild... hopefully it wont happen again, half of day lost for "fun" 😀
We're glad you've resolved that! Please, make sure you have Hand2Note closed properly before turning off your PC. Also, unexpected power shut downs may lead to this kind of situations. That'd be better to avoid them.

Hello, can you make somehow that POPUPs that is assignet to stats (not main one) could be "always pinned" same as main popup , because ATM its a real pain in the ass that after opening of assigned popup, if my mouse is not over that popup but over the table of poker popup is closing itself, one of them (popups i have) is huge and while its opening its "shaking" a bit and being closed even without moving my mouse...

Hello, there is an issue with winamax, on every other table stats are not displayed (they are working fine on 2 out of 3 tables approx.) , not sure about regular tables im speaking about incognito tables...
