A lot happened while you were away:
Texas and Oklahoma joined the SEC
The Pac-12 went out in a blaze of glory:
Oregon, Washington, USC and UCLA are headed to the B1G
Utah, Arizona, Arizona State and Colorado are headed to the B12
Cal and Stanford along with SMU are somehow headed to the ACC
Poor old Wazzu and Oregon State are now aligned with the MWC in some sort of in-flux relationship
The conferences are huge now, and the schedules are wildly imbalanced. Florida might have the hardest schedule in the history of the sport, while Missouri's playing a sun-belt slate.
FSU and Clemson play each other, but then play ZERO common ACC opponents
Utah/Baylor and Arizona/Kansas State play non-conference games against conference opponents
LSU and USC play in Vegas!
Boise goes to Oregon, a team they've never lost to!
Texas at Michigan!
Alabama at Wisconsin!
Notre Dame at ATM!
Clemson vs Georgia!
And there are some incredibly juicy new conference matchups:

Both teams rushed for 2.3 ypc and there were 80 total carries in the game. Fascinating stuff there.

Bama can't beat Michigan's 3rd string, or the team that lost by a thousand to OSU or the team that lost to Navy, but you guys don't understand in the PLAYOFFS they would've beaten everybody!

lol football transitive property, but ND manhandled Georgia Tech (took UGA 8 OTs to beat them) and this objectively bad Bama team also beat UGA. I actually feel pretty decent about ND’s chances tomorrow.
Sun Bowl is a solid game right now and packed with fans. Loved to go every year when we lived in El Paso. Refreshing compared to other totally empty Bowl games.

Unfortunately we all know what will happen. Eleven months from now, when discussing who should be in next year's playoffs, they will only remember what happened to Indiana and SMU, and not what happened to Alabama and Tennessee.

Ill defense keeps *lollygagging* on substitutions so that SC has to call a TO or take a delay penalty.
Clearly on purpose, which got him angry, then Bert used an injured Illi on the SC sideline to walk over and taunt him about it by assuming the ref's "hold for substitution" signal. I mean, y'know, when you've got an opponent on tilt...
