First off, "promiscuous" is a loaded word that is generally only applied to women and is negative. I prefer "free-spirited" or "sexually active" and I don't judge women who are.
Secondly, "dated" does not inevitably imply sexual activity. Some of us still enjoy being choosy, and consenting to share a meal or a coffee or a walk with someone doesn't mean they're getting a blowjob or sex, and of the two, you choosing to reference blowjobs instead of sex is revealing--- because blowjobs, while they can be fun, are largely one way-- one partner is 'pleasuring' the other. You could have said he's going to think he can eat me out, you could have said he's going to think we're about to fuck, but you went straight for the "treat the woman like she's disposable" option.
In short, I found your entire attitude as revealed by your post very unfunny and misogynistic and have serious doubts about how you view women. So kindly fuck off and don't address me again.

It's not that it's an insult, it's that you connected her with a specific act. She gets to talk about dating in a general way without you bringing up specific sex acts. It's gross and disrespectful.
Beyond that, we need to open our heart chakra and understand that women have a really hard time online and irl with idiots constantly making rude comments at them. Even when they play along they often do so only to prevent friction. Because when they don't play along, the guy gets angry or the whole conversation comes to a halt.
Honestly, even as a guy I didn't much like you connecting me with a specific sex act in the last pub, but I played along and made a joke.

but I think it's different when someone makes a joke about their own promiscuity... and a very vague promiscuity... but then when someone else makes a joke about it, it's different. and even more so if it's explicit, and specific.
and just generally, if someone is ever hurt by something I did or said(no matter my intention), I basically always apologize, genuinely, even if it was just a misunderstanding.... I still feel bad that I hurt someone. and then maybe after the apology, I might gently try to explain my intentions, and figure out a way to communicate better going forward.
