Our reputation is better than our competitors when it comes to collusion / bots - if you ask around among high volume players we generally are doing quite well in combatting that. Sorry to hear your experience has been the opposite, please email the usernames of players you suspect and if we find collusion we'll ban the accounts.

So is our rakeback, better than most competitors. If you see post #963 you still get 31.35% rakeback overall.

I had a player call me the n-word in chat today, and it wasn't censored and he didn't get a timeout for abusive language. Personally, I don't care what people say in chat, but if you're going to censor profanities and give people 5 minute chat bans for using certain words, I think you should include that one too.

I got an original email asking to explain and when I replied to say the reason they said it didn’t match their investigation. And then didn’t respond to any follow up emails asking how to resolve and what’s happening.

I’m still banned unfortunately and so is my husband.

Another rep just confirmed yes you are both banned, they consider you to be the same person.

They may be about to reply to you over email now, check your inbox / spam folder, they might ask for photos proving you are two different people playing on the same IP.

In that kind of innocent shared IP situation, one account is closed, and funds are moved to the other account which remains open. However they have mentioned bonus abuse as well.

I think the fact this guy Jason has chosen to ignore my emails is simply awful. He seems to take pleasure in the situation. “They are indeed banned”. Who is the best person to email to complain about him? I shall find the most influential high up person on LinkedIn and spam they too unless someone responds to
Me. I have money tied up now and regardless what their investigation has “proven” I cannot have that held from me.

It's a different person. They don't take pleasure in it, we want as many players as possible but we do need to ban in the case of multiaccounting, to avoid any collusion. If it's a genuine mistake, they will resolve it with you over email and issue a refund.

Can you explain your rakeback program? I am confused because of the following graphic. It mentions 33% rakeback, but also something about 50% of USDT rake being converted to CHP?

You buy chp in client, you have both chp and usdt in account. you play at table or mtt and you pay rake on table in usdt. When you leave the table the rake that was paid each hand is then credited back to your account 100%in usdt and the equivalent CHP is deducted. The following you Monday you get 33% (31.35) rb credited back to account in CHP. You must have a CHP balance for it to work.

Are there going to be any SW updates made soon? Been a while since any UI upgrades.

Changes to the below would give a much better user experience.

- Ability to filter by specific limits in the lobby (favourites option)
- Hide balance function
- More table/card customisation
- Better player notes (hard to see coloured symbol, a solid colour around the whole player badge would be better).
- Sit out all hands button
- Better access to leaderboards from the lobby
- Ability to save custome table layouts
- Hand Replayer - it's not easy to jump quickly between flop, turn and river etc on each individual hand.

I'm sure you're working on stuff, but thought I'd point out.

Now that huds are allowed are there any trackers that don't require a 3rd party hand grabber to work? I have pt4 but it requires elitehud hand grabber to work but i got a popup warning on coinpoker table telling me to close it

Is there any way to track tournament results ? The hhs dont have the results included.

There is no collusion or bots at PLO/5 but the player pool is so small that most regs spread 25-500 which sucks.

My only issue with this is I signed up through an affiliate advertising 33% rakeback and just assumed it was normal rakeback and played for weeks and only looked at it closer after noticing I wasn't getting rakeback
