The modern consensus seems to be that Double Blind testing yields results that are Subjective and Unwavering... I say, it does not.

Why do you say it does not?

A double-blind randomized controlled trial is probably the gold standard that humanity has found to prove natural phenomena.

Without any more info from you, it's hard to understand where you disagree or why.

I mean, it's a simple statistical fact.

The only part you can reasonably disagree with is to say there is always some margin of error which is where the p-value comes in.

But when you get to very small p-values (less than one in a million), then it effectively becomes a proof for all intents and purposes.

Let me give you can example: I give you a coin and I ask you whether or not it's a fair coin. So you flip the coin one million times, and you see that that it landed on heads 90% of the time.

What would you conclude? Would you conclude that it is clearly not a fair coin? Or would you say "it's impossible to know"?

Why do people put faith in democracy, despite its obvious flaws?

Because we haven't yet found a better system
