On an unrelated note, what age do people truly start working on awareness and being self-critical, if ever? Took me a while to look at life like that, even after I was fully comfortable looking at things like sport and musical performances from that perspective. Basically, if something went wrong analyze it from the perspective of it being completely on you and thinking through what you could do better, whether you succeed or fail in your intent, whether you were perfect or not.

I've lived most of my life as a selfish, defensive person and was also surprised about how far I made it before starting to become even a little self-aware. Now I get why several promising relationships never worked out. I genuinely hope you and your family are doing well!

My lack of self-awareness has caused me to lose people that I've loved in the past, and I've made serious efforts to correct that as I've grown older. honestly man, if you genuinely don't see how nasty those posts were and how they absolutely were given in relation to me and in the context that "rickroll had not yet evolved" then i don't know what to tell you other than you should probably appreciate the irony of engaging in some pot calling the kettle black here given how you were jumping in over what vr perceived me to have said to have hurt her feelings despite that i never said what she claims - unlike me though, you actually did say those things and others agree, you and zurvan are much more the subject of the messages i'm getting than vr because vr has a legit grievance in the sense that she felt like she's responding to having been attacked whereas you two just jumped and attacked me out of the blue
