$300 live, villain shoves river.
5-6 level of a $300 weekly tournament. Starting stack is 30, i have 70k, bb has 40k.
Blinds 1k/500/1k. We just lost the small blind in prior hand and added bb player. Bantering with sb (previous bb when I was button) that I had raised his bb every hand so far. I said that since he was now in my sb, I would cut him a break and only call the button when it was folded around to me. Sb is a definite OMC, as is the new bb.
Flop is 3, ks,3. Bb bets 1k, I call sb folds. Turn is As, bb bets 2k I call. River is the 10s. Bb bets 2k, I raise to 7k, bb insta shoves his remaining 35k
With a possible royal, Broadway straight, flush and paired board in an unraised pot preflop, what is the minun hand you call with? What is the minimum hand you would raise river with?

What was the action preflop?
In a limped pot with limp/limp on the flop and 2BB/call on the turn, BB's range certainly includes K3, random Kings, random 3s, and random SS. I presume neither of the 3s on the flop were spades. BB could check pre-flop with QJ and maybe Ax.
Hero would not normally have any Aces or QJ in his limping range, but the description says that Hero "promised" to limp, so that skews things. So, Hero's range includes some random Kx, including K3, about the same number of 3s as the BB, and the same number of SS hands. So neither player has a range advantage.
Not betting bigger on the turn when the Ace hits and a second spade and backdoor Broadway draws come in suggests that BB does not have an Ace, and Hero also likely does not have an Ace.
Hero might raise the river for value with a made flush or straight or 2-pair combos, and might raise as a bluff with many busted draws and combos that include Q or J of spades, and BB might bluff shove with about the same range and would shove for value pretty much only with a full house.
It's a bizarre spot since the pre-flop limps mean nothing and it looks like both players were chasing draws on the flop and turn. Given that hero has only put 11BB into the pot with 59BB behind, I would not spew off half my stack here with less than the queen-high flush.
Also, this was a double-posted thread, and we went through this hand here:
