Throw up, and fold.
i doubt he jams full houses... more likely Tx, unless he thinks you have AK and is wanting to get value, but nutted hands on the turn are usually checked when they're not the preflop aggressor
There is some small percentage of the young asian guy having JT/QT and the mawg having AK, but I still think I'm calling
If you're wrong, just pray for the Qh on the river
I probably would have made it $180 pre, but I don't know if that makes much of a difference here, when these guys are all calling $155.
There's like $620 in the pot on the flop, when CO donks into you for $135? And you flopped the second nuts, with a redraw to the 2nd nut flush?
I'd be raising bigger than $300. I'd go at least 4x, to $540, but I might go even bigger than that, like $600 or $650.
As played, what is CO repping here, that doesn't 3B the flop but wants to donk jam the turn? Is it just boats and quads?
There's $1820 in the pot when he jams for around $820? So we're getting like 3.2 to 1?
I dunno man, this hand is wild. My initial gut reaction is we're just going with our hand, and calling this off, but I can't fathom what hands he has that play this way that we actually beat, unless he's just super aggro and over-playing 2P or trips.
Maybe he does this with 98cc? K9cc? AQhh? AJcc? Does he try to make us fold a straight on a board pairing card, trying to rep a boat with just QJ? Would he donk jam a boat or quads here on the turn, or give you and the other guys a chance to river a flush? Would he donk-call flop with AK? That makes no sense.
He's got at least 12 combos of boats or quads. At least 6 combos we beat, if he plays any of them this way. Just not sure he does, and if he doesn't, we're not getting the right pot odds to continue.
What position is hero in this hand? The action is really hard to follow.
My gut reaction is that you have kinda overplayed your hand and probably need to fold. The biggest problem here is that UTG is still in the hand (!!) and either of your two opponents (or both) can have you drawing dead or to one out. There is even a world where you are "live" but are up against, like, AQhh and AKo and are still basically dead.
Agree with docvail that the flop raise is way too small. (BTW, please put pot sizes on each street from now on.)
I think I sigh fold this one and kick myself for the tiny flop raise.
Yeah, it's a very easy fold as played. In a 600 bb eff 4 way 3 bet pot, people play more straight up for the most part and bluff less.
The pot otf was 620, so yeah I would of raised alil more if I decided to raise but sometimes it helps us get out of hands too when we know we're beat and not yet committed, and we didn't wanna raise too much to fold out hands we're well ahead of either.
AK is also in her range and depending on how good or bad she is so is AA (God forbid, but she did minraise pre and maybe once the board paired she said **** it and threw in a hail mary entitlement jam).
Everyone can still have boats and AK. This is a very easy fold.
All i wanna say gentlemen is ill be replaying this hand for many years to come can someone tell me how to do the spoiler thing please.
I assume H is on btn.
First consideration, with the 15 straddle on, we are actually not that deep: besides H, CO is the deepest with 85x effective.
In this situation, I'd rather not squeeze over so many people with K9s, but that is just me.
As played, otf the pot should be ~650, correct?
After CO's bet, pot becomes ~785, CO has 985 behind and all others are shorter, correct?
If so, then I would just gii there.
As played otf, turn really sucks and it's most probably a fold.
On top of it had to be the older asian guy who always seems to have my number every single time.(I have played with him for years even at other casinos and he just always seems to beat me. With exception to a handful of times where I when he lost to me BIG he lost like 3-5x rebuys.). He was literally the only one at the table I was losing any hands to and I looked him up twice.
The most recent look up. He ended up doubling up on me with some junk bond hands vs a AQ where I had a lonely ace peel
There must be opponents like this in every player pool. They stay in hands too long, and when they make a big hand, they get max value, because their opponents tend to discount the odds of them having exactly what they have. They're cooler manufacturers.
The adjustment is to value bet them to death on early streets, and check back or over fold when they bet or raise later streets. They just don't have enough bluffs, the way they play. So don't pay them off when they suddenly get aggressive.
It helps to remember that a lot of the older Asian guys are willing to gamble it up, and will chase all their draws, and call down all the way with all their weak value, unless it's just absurdly obvious they're beat. They're virtually unbluffable.
With your enhanced read, this is an easy fold. He's got a boat or quads, or at worst, the nut straight with a redraw to the nut flush.
In this situation, I'd rather not squeeze over so many people with K9s, but that is just me.
This, especially if hero will never forget about the hand for the rest of hero's life. I wouldn't 4bet with K9s, especially after a minraiser pre. It's just a button press/FPS. These players if they're weak recs will have AA/KK like 90% of the time.

I am glad to hear that most people made the same choice as me. It makes me feel a little better not much though about the outcome.
So sick :(
