So we have the odd situation in which a triple reg season MVP is perhaps someone you don't want on your team in the post-season. More football to be played here. But it's on the table, and has been his entire career.
the delay on paramount+ is the worst
Why would you field that kickoff and waste half the time left?
Taking forever to throw the flag on PI is just never a good look.
is it -ev to throw a bomb there? (turnover, injury, etc)
seems worth it given the game state and importance
No it's based on the regular season. He might have just had the GOAT season for a QB. I mean that counts. And this playoff stuff also counts heavily on his resume, but it doens't apply to reg season MVPs.
Proven epic fraud choking slankers should not only be ineligible for the award but also viewed with hostility.
sorry, baltimore
Receiver #1 was nowhere near the ball
Well I'm right there with you and have been since before his first play in the NFL. It was the same at U of L. It's a Shakespearean thing. 😀
I don't think it's that rare though. Aaron Judge hitting a buck eighty-five in the postseason and vaporizing all Yankees equity. NBA dummies annually awarding Gobert DPOY when he's unplayable in the playoffs. The voters just love the idea of a regular season stats whoring champion posting huge numbers against the AAA Marlins and G-League Wizards.
