[CoinPoker] - Official - Bringing the Game Back to Players
Hello Everyone,
This is the Official Thread of CoinPoker (previous thread)
My only issue with this is I signed up through an affiliate advertising 33% rakeback and just assumed it was normal rakeback and played for weeks and only looked at it closer after noticing I wasn't getting rakeback
Hi! For the 33% rakeback, you need to hold CHP token. When you close the tables the app remove the rake in CHP. Every monday you receive rakeback in CHP. If you dont hold CHP you dont receive rakeback.
If huds are allowed now any plans to have the software start saving hands? So that software like pokertracker don't need a 3rd party program to capture the hands.
Joining Coin Poker just had a few questions after reading through the thread 😀.
1) If I hold 10k in my account, what % would I have to put into CFP? Can I just hold CFP or do I need to hold USDT and CFP? For RB purposes
2) Can we sign up with affiliates? What is a good referral to one with extra rakeback if so?
3) I see Verified and Unverified players when opening tables, this is just that they verified there account?
4) We are allowed to use Huds? Only Hud that doesn't need a hand grabber is DriveHud?
5) Highest Traffic EST?
6) advantages to connecting my Kraken account or my ewallate Exodus?
Thanks!

1 - account balance doesn't matter, just hold SOME chp and it will convert as your rake.
2 - yes
3 - thats the rng thing, i dont understand it but apparently the algorithm/rng is better if people do it.
4 - yes
5 - mixed, mid stakes is busier in the morning sometimes
6 - no advantage imo
Hello.
Does PT4 HUD work for MTT?
I installed Advanced CoinPoker converter, and hands are imported correctly in real time. Unfortunetly, during play, HUD is not displayed on the tables.
Client seems really unstable. Crashed when I tried to open a 4th table and now I can't get the software to stay open more than a couple seconds without crashing. I'm assuming it's on my end but it's weird because I can 16 table GG while watching videos etc without issue but just 4 coinpoker tables is too much for my setup to handle.
These questions are going to sound dumb I'm sure but... Is there a way to sit in the same seat on every table? Manually clicking the rotate button for every table is a huge PITA and there's nothing I can find in settings to set a preferred seat. I also have to manually post every blind despite having auto post on? Except when I join a new table, then it auto posts utg even though I have "Wait for BB" checked. Is the software known to be so glitchy or am I doing something wrong?
how hard is the drivehud setup to use the hud/capture hands. been testing h2n4 but its a bit buggy, also can you import the hands sent by coinpoker into drivehud without a converter (h2n you cannot do this)?
Took like 10 minutes from support ticket to fully imported

You can set wait for BB in advanced settings. I think seating is visual settings. I can't remember how I locked in preferred seat
Unfortunately no, as of mid December retagging was discontinued.
Other than in cases where the player made a mistake entering the code during registration - in that case contact .
If you're an affiliate there's an announcement which was sent out on December 16th. If you didn't get it email the address above and they will send it over too.
if I will not play for several months, can I change the affiliate in this case?
Deposited like 150k and took out 120k always instantly in and out.
Today took 10k out but it’s still after 6h on pending. Thought CP wants any transaction be more or less instant?
Connect a decentralized wallet as your linked wallet address (MetaMask, Myetherwallet, Exodus etc.) rather than an exchange wallet address, if using the 'deposit' tab. There are some warning messages in the client in that area about not using an exchange - if you do use Kraken, use the 'deposit from exchange' tab instead. Your other questions were answered quite well above, +1 to those answers. For the 'which affiliate deal for extra rakeback' question - unfortunately extra under the table rakeback is not permitted anymore. Only the default 33% (31.35% effective at the moment).
If it was me personally and I planned to not play for 3 months anyway, I'd still try after 3 months, as that was the previous rule (3 months), and it was only changed quite recently in Dec. That is done via email - . However the answer may still be no, they seem set on the new policy of not retagging unless in some rare exceptional circumstances.

If it still hasn't gone through DM me your username and I can escalate it. Generally it's always been instant for me other than once it took until the morning, when I requested late at night Euro time, in some situations they might review a withdrawal for various reasons and be understaffed.
During the cash game world championship many of the participants were 9 tabling with no issues, and new to the site. Lag wasn't a complaint, some had a couple other minor issues but not lag. I've been ok with over 4 tables too. If you send some info about your computer setup to they might have some ideas on how to fix this.

Will pass this on now. We are admittedly a bit understaffed on the developer side, I don't think that's a secret at this point. We're currently hiring more and aiming to make the leap from a relatively small site to one of the top sites over time.
In the meantime it is possible to request unlimited HHs from support over email () as often as you like, and they generally provide these quite fast in the right format to import into tracker software.

yeah my original experience seemed to be a fluke and/or problem on my end. A few small things that aren't my favorite about the client (small card size being #1) but it's very smooth and among the best.
You sure about the 12 table limit? I was on 14 or 15 earlier
Got an email this morning saying all leaderboards are doubled this week. ("Running all week until Sunday the 26th, there’s everything to play for!")
Cool.
Took 1st on one of the lb's and got credited double.
Cool.
Few hours later it's been "corrected" along with an email explaining that actually double leaderboards won't begin until tomorrow.
Not so cool. :(

I can open only 12 sadly limited to 12…. I hate it… I dont understand why we cant open tables this is + rake, but lot of site has got this stupid limits… “4 table enough for REC players” ok but I dont care. Why I dont decide how many table I need?
what limits run well enough that you can 12table?
Sorry if this has been discussed before, but what was the rationale behind 7 handed tables?
The 4 handed tables are nice but don't run that often, and 7 handed 2 blind poker is pretty lame (even with the ante).

The common view is it is to dick skilled players over.
If a typical "good" table is one bad player and the other players trying to profit off that one bad player, then at commonly offered 6 handed tables you have 5 players splitting that 1 bad players loss. But with these bullcrap 7 handed tables, that GG Poker is now also using, you are now left with 6 players splitting that 1 bad players loss. You as a winning player get less of a share of the bad player at 7 handed.

This explanation doesn't really make sense. The ratio of good/bad players doesn't depend on table size. If exactly 1/6 players are fish, a 6 handed table will have an average of 1 fish, and a 7 handed table will have an average of 1.17 fish. And if the 7 handed tables are meant to screw over skilled players, what are the 4 handed tables for? By the same logic, it should benefit them since now only 3 players are splitting the fish's loss.

The Coin Poker switch from 6 handed to 7 handed was around April, 2023. I have no clue when these 4 handed tables began, but it didn't have to be at the same time or for the same reason, which you seem to incorrectly be assuming.
4 handed tables are better for skilled players as you share the bad player with less players. Just as taken to the extreme, heads up tables are best for skilled players as you get the bad player to yourself. Over a decade ago now, in the Pokerstars thread, Pokerstars Steve or whoever it was talked about internal data showing how the fish get destroyed extremely fast as the number of players at the table decreases. Many sites have thought to get rid of heads up tables and some have. From the poker sites point of view, it might be seen as a protect the fish so their money lasts longer and get raked more often. But from from a player point it is what I said. You thinking this makes no sense with your fractional fantasy is your own issue. Even Jnandez, a sponsored Coin player, has discussed the players per fish point more than once in a recent YouTube videos if anyone wants to go find it and timestamp it.
