This thread is to separate the Bovada-related comments and questions from the Official Bodog Support Thread, which is there only for questions or concerns about anything Bodog-branded.

There is no official Bovada Rep at 2+2 at this time, but perhaps if discussion is effected in a civil manner, one might arrive in due course?

I played from 3am-630am pst today and just had my first disconnect which is about the rate it was a week ago and much better than it has been. could just be lucky.


I haven't played anywhere for ages, donking around a bit on Bovada. I'm not familiar with MatchPay, just did a small withdrawal using it to see how it works

Does anyone have input or anecdotes with their experience using MatchPay?


Ive used it to withdraw money and havent had any problems. The most important thing is you do not release your credits too them until their money reaches
your account. It doesnt matter if they tell you they have sent the money make sure its in your account before you release your credits.

yes cant the fix the card catcher to not be interrupted by the disconnects...bonition seems better today so far with the disconnects.


played an hour today, two disconnects. I should mention my internet service is good not great, last place I lived had excellent internet that seemed to help even when its clearly on ignitions end.


Another thing that I've been struggling with is the "register" button continually not working, which causes me to have to reboot the client while I'm at tables so that I can register again. Then the same thing will happen again and so I'm constantly having to reboot the client mid session. Anyone else experiencing this?

'Register' button stops working after the site disconnects for a sec and yea, no other way to fix it than to reboot the client and lose a hand or two in the process.

Are you referring to Ace Solutions card catcher or PT4's card catcher?

Does anyone know if there is a difference between ignition and Bovada as far as connections go?

I believe the software and their servers are the same. Although I do think these issues can be effected by our own location so depending on regional availability of the two there could be a difference. This is all assumptions and guess work on my end just based on experience and keeping up with this thread somewhat.

SNGs also won't automatically open up and are nearly impossible to find in the lobby. If you find it in the lobby you often can't unregister or click take my seat. There are other issues but yeah, gotta restart the software to correct things.


Good night people. Bodog wouldn't open for me. I had Chrome as my default browser. I just changed it to Brave and I was surprised at how easy and fluid it was to get into the software. I still don't know if the tables will be disconnected or not. Try that to see if it works. Just in case, clear the cache first.


Came here to see if others were having as many issues as I am having. Sounds like yes.

Bovada is completely unplayable. I can't even log in today, but previous days, just getting constant disconnections.

I emailed them a few days ago and got the same typical BS response - "you must have had a network issue" type ish. Never taking any responsibility for the issues that are clearly on their end.

I have seen hundreds of Bovada disconnections but what is going on right now is unbelievable.

All games and tournaments are frozen but you are able to sit at new tables but everything is frozen. Then you can leave and enter another table and everything is frozen there too.

This is a new low even for Bovada..

3 of my 4 tables are running as normal


Anyones table frozen? Ive got 1 table running and the other frozen sighn....


Even with all the technical trouble I've had on ACR over the years I think Ignition/Bovada might be the worst functioning site of all time. I'm not counting the sites that didn't last very long


Why dont they fix their software or better yet just get new software?

Anyways tables are frozen once again...


I'm in 2 tourneys, 1 has been frozen for an hour, other one working normally lol

This is incredible.... I am missing funds in my bodog account. Specifically $34 what I had at a table where I was alone. I play cash games

I was sitting at a table where I was alone because the rivals have left, the soft at that moment began to fail, they removed me from the table and took me to another table automatically, but the soft has taken as a new entry to another new table and he debited $34 more from my cashier instead of taking the $34 he had on that table that was left alone. This is amazing.

I can see in my transactions how it appears that I enter the tables 8 times. and I see that it is only reflected 7 times table outputs

Another discussion that I think I will not get a refund.

Anyone else with this same problem?

This glitch often happens when a table freezes. Give it 24 hours, am fairly sure your money will reappear.


The frequent disconnections/frozen tables, growing numbers of bots, collusion, etc. are getting so bad, I almost want to cash out and leave Bovada forever..but then I remember that this site has BY FAR the weakest player pool of any poker site that you can play in the US..just have to ride out these inconveniences..
