BlackChipPoker dispute
Hey everyone,
I ran into a serious issue with Black Chip Poker’s Spin to Get In feature, and I’m hoping to get some advice or hear if anyone else has experienced this.
Over the weekend, I hit four separate three-of-a-kind results while playing Spin to Get In, which (according to their own rules) should have won me entries into these tournaments:
$10,000 guarantee tournament-11 buy in
$15,000 guarantee tournament-88 $buy in
$8 million guarantee tournament-2,500 buy in
Despite this, I never received my entries. Their rules clearly state that landing three of a kind guarantees a seat, and there is no mention of any additional conditions or system limitations.
I contacted support, and they reviewed my account. They said their system “did not register my win”, so they would not be crediting me. However:
I have screenshots and video proof showing that I landed three of a kind.
Their own policy says that if you don’t receive an entry, you should contact support (which I did).
The reels start on separate cards, making it impossible to “pre-set” a win.
I’ve asked them to show me any rule that justifies denying my entries, but they’ve now closed the matter and refuse to escalate further.
Has anyone else run into this issue? Should I escalate this to the Malta Gaming Authority (their likely regulator)? Any advice would be appreciated.

Is anyone really surprised that these fly by night apps scam people?
Yeah but if you want them held accountable you have to call them out. However the wpn has been around for over 20 years

You and BCP irrevocably waive any right that either may have to object to an action being brought in those courts, or to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts do not have jurisdiction.

I have tried to reach out to the court system in Costa Rica and it's like trying to teach a ant astrophysics impossible. As far as contacting and lodging a complaint with any governing body or issuer of blackhips licence is nothing but dead end so basically they have insulated themselves in so many layers of muck you can't find them. Which is brilliant for them but for a player other than their pros it's very discouraging because if support on the site decides they don't want to help them your just **** out of luck. I've taken to social media but even there it's like they know you've been wronged they see what you say and proof you show but don't care enough to even respond. I have stopped playing on blackchip and ACR because of this .I was a loyal player until this happened and I'm still unsure of why they can look at the overwhelming proof of my asertations yet offer me no reasonable explanation as why they are treating me like some jerk reaching for free chips. I'm not giving up though I M speaking to a gaming attorney now and he thinks he can help . I'll keep posting on social media and on forums and I'm talking to the better business bureau and the consumer protection agency. Maybe they can get something done . I notice you have an issue with BlackChip Poker which is why i am contacting you. They suddenly locked me out of my account and told me to reenter my info. I did this and nothing. It was a delay tactic to freeze my account, take my funds (over $3.000.00) and send me a long list of lies of why they did this. Then closed my account and never responded again. So if your gaming attorney is still active, you got me in the mix. Those m/f did me wrong. I live in las vegas nv.

I got a similar problem regarding rigging in iPoker net. Curacao (and iPoker's customer support) ignored the information, and this can be an effective way to influence on the situation.
