1/2 NL, villain is the effective stack with about 400. No strong reads on villain, but definitely amateur. UTG + 1 limps, I raise UTG+3 to 12 with QsQh, only SB calls. Flop 8d7d7c, check/check. Turn 6s for 8d7d7c6s, SB bets 20, I call. River 8h for 8d7d7c6s8h, SB bets 35. What should I do? I could have cbet or folded to the large turn bets.

PRE - looks fine.
FLOP - Why check? Seems like a pretty straightforward c-bet for 2/3 pot at these stakes. Might even bet pot.
TURN - kind of an ugly card, but it's still a call.
RIVER - Nothing to do but flick in the call.
It’s a half pot bet. We need to be good 25% of the time.
Our hand is under-repped AP. He has many natural bluffs and he could even be value betting worse (1/2 amateurs may flat 99-JJ from SB).
This is a pretty easy bluff catch.
Can’t fold here. Villain can easily play this way with a worse value hand (99 - JJ) and your line could have induced a bluff.
I c-bet on this super draw-y board. As played, call. Our hand is way under-repped.
