AQcc vs 4bet 300BB deep
$1/3NL, effective stacks $900
Villain is a reg at $2/5, this is our first time playing a session together. I’ve been getting hit by the deck and have been actively 3 betting, once vs villain, and have chipped up without showdown.
V2 is a loose passive MAWG and is sitting directly between me and villain.
Hero has AcQc
Villain opens to $15 UTG+1, v2 calls, hero 3! $55, all folds, villain 4! $200, v2 folds, hero??

Feels like a trivial fold, since if you shove you'll likely be at least a 2:1 dog, and if you only call you'll likely win the minimum or lose the maximum.
Cool, thanks for the reply. I folded pretty quickly but wasn’t sure
While this may seem results oriented, I prefer a flat IP with AQs and a 3-bet w AQo. You are happier to “waste” the latter folding to a 4-bet. You are also never getting dominated hands to fold as you may if you 3-bet AT or A5s.
