Lakers cannot be done.

They either trade Lebron to Warriors and maybe land Zion in a 3 team deal

OR they make moves to finalize and bring synergy to their main lineups.

Cuban (or whomever is behind this deal) should be shitcanned and nuked into Bolivia’s orbit for not getting the 2031 pick and Reaves in this deal.

Did he not even talk with OKC? Did the owner want AD and Cuban is just enacting the owner’s wishes???

Man this is some wild **** and if David Stern was commissioner he’d 1,000% veto this trade. The CP3 trade he veto’d wasn’t even that bad of a trade!

Lakers can trade now for Poeltl from Raptors or Vucevic from Bulls, both who are having very good seasons.

Who would have thought the Lakers would win the Luka/Trae trade.

My prediction is neither team is done. Butler or Fox or someone goes to Dallas

must be something behind scenes with luka, wanted out, acting crazy etc

AD/kyrie team with clunky roleplayer fits because it was built around luka just seems like it has a low playoff ceiling

lakers roster is a mess now too but atleast you have more optionality with luka

They receive Jalen Hood-Schifino (the 17th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft), plus two second-round picks — one from the Clippers in 2025, and one from the Mavericks in 2025. The Jazz are sending out $55K to each of the two teams involved in the deal, the minimum permitted by the NBA.
