I have been playing on Backgammon Galaxy for a few years and built up to a Master Level 2 rating and have a few hundred thousand gold coins, been up to over 500,000 coins without ever buying any. Now when I try to play, my games won't load. When I get a match it tries to load then just cycles back to the main screen with "reopen game" then eventually times out. It is exactly the same on my desktop and tablet so it is not an issue with my device. I have tried a different browser, Firefox, which is just the same. I also note that on all my devices desktop/chrome, desktop/firefox, tablet/app there is no option to use the Galaxy sign in option. When I click on that nothing happens and I am forced to sign in with my Google Account, which is the only common denominator, between the platforms. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my tablet and it is still the same.

I have reported the issue to the support team, but they have been no help so far. This has been going for about a week now and every time I try to see if it is fixed I lose more rating points and coins.

I am now thinking of just biting the bullet, ditching Galaxy and starting from scratch with a different online platform, so I would welcome any suggestions on how to fix the Galaxy issue or recommendations on a different online platform.
