As far as i can tell if your opponent is very fishy use less gto

the answer is always “it depends”

if your opponent is folding more than GTO you get to bluff hands that’d normally be -EV to bluff, if you opponent is calling more than GTO then some +EV bluffs suddenly become -EV (value hands are suddenly making more money)

those are just a few examples but that is the gist of it
