Girlfriend/Wife hates you playing cards?
Just wanted to know how many out there is facing issues with girlfriend/wife having problems with you playing poker, especially at a casino.
I'm especially interested to hear feedback from the younger crowd and those who might have recently been marriend and possibly have kids (or is expecting).
Would also like to hear how you deal with those hating girlfriends/wives and what the true issues are (time spent at casino, money issues, stigma of being a "gambler", making poker a priority and in her eyes, priority over her, etc?).
Any real horror stories out there?

How to deal with a wife/girlfriend who hates Poker? You have two options.
1. Find a new hobby.
2. Find a new woman.
I vote for option 2, because anyone who tells you you can't play cards probably isn't worth spending time with because of their overall philosophy of life.
Even if that husband is a gambling addict? Not the best advice here
Everyone has their hobbies, hobbies cost money, if you are using poker money separate from house expenses and not endangering the family's livelihood, I'd say she has to learn to respect that, just like my girlfriend spends time and money that are meaningless and futile to me but it's her time/money. Good luck, I hope you don't have to give up either on your woman or your hobby.
