they went 0 clue after they got 2/3 military instead of cluing for new words, so more likely boom is the assassin as you don't go 0 as often for just other team's word when you can clue for other words on yours and can even do a larger clue that they are likely to not get all right so they won't even get a chance to get to makeup and go the word
