Whats your range to iso3bet aggro crazy fish?
Home game 1/3 8 handed.
Some info on this guy
HH1 ~ effective stacks 500
V opens to 10 in MP, Hj calls, Hero looks down at JJ in CO squeezes to 45. Villain calls.
An orbit ago hero squeezed him in similar spots before and hero took the pot down on flop AQx.
Pot 109
Flop KK2r, V checks, Hero bets 30, V snap raises to 200, Hero calls.
Pot 509
Turn J villain jams w/66, Hero snap calls.
Then villain in multiway pot like (4~5players) SRP, he would cbet/call AJo on t86cc vs a shortstack, he would bet 30 /call 160 jam with 9to 1club on AQ2ccc.
So he's our mark at the tables. And he only sits 2 seats to our right.
Whats our iso 3b/squeeze range vs him for 500 effective stacks?
Villain opens in HJ for 18, Hero looks down at A7s in BTN. Do we iso 3bet this hand?
Whats our iso 3bet range?

We still need to respect that there are two players in the blind for starters. So we can still be wide of course, but vs a 6x open we're investing quite a lot with the 3bet so can't go too crazy
We really just aim to use very strong linear range. Never any lower SCs or weak Ax because he calls oop with hands like A8o, A9o, T8o, K6s, so we get dominated sometimes.
I think here vs the 6x going like A9s or ATs+, then probably all suited broadways and like KQo+, ATo+, 88+

The game I'm playing, I find it much easier to treat them as 2/5 opens. Most ppl does so as well. In my eyes they were 3.5bb in such cases.

Decent iso range.
I made a tight fold vs him w/A7s, I think some good lags are able to 3bet or call profitably in position. Villain is so wild, I waited for better spots. Not sure if this a leak. The mantra seems to be try to play pots with bad players as much as possible especially in position.
Do we really want to bloat the pot preflop against this V? The hands shown, V played fine preflop, and he folded once - probably correctly. The mistakes V makes are postflop, so our goal should be to maximize the number of times we are playing V on the flop. Imagine he had QT when we 3! AQ, we don't want him to fold if he is going to make a 100 bb mistake when the flop comes Q high. So in isolation, we want to 3! this opponent less and call wider. Setting up opportunities for him to overplay moderate hands and avoid folding out holdings that will make moderate hands.
The only reason I wouldn't call is dependent on the player tendencies behind. If a squeeze is likely, then you have to fold. With A7s specifically, I'm fine playing multi if a few others call, because I'd play smash or fold, putting more in only with FD or 2p+. Confident fish will gii often enough when I smash. Even multiway, FD or 2p+ is happy playing a large pot.
Depending on other players, maybe we can flat when he bets big and/or we have a decent multiway hand, and size down our 3! if we can find a size that keeps others out and keeps him in with a wider range. If others are squeezing a bunch or cold calling our 3!, we might not be able to effectively exploit and have to play base. Bottom line, I think we want to keep preflop small when V is prone to overplay post, to the extent that everyone else in the game will let us.
