He died of a cocaine overdose. Maybe not cocaine, but definitely drugs and nothing to do with a limo.

Heart as in heartthrob. I don't really know what movies he was in - maybe Stand By Me? Anything else noteworthy?

Yes, he was in Stand By Me. Probably other stuff too, but I don't know of anything specific.

I can't say I'm feeling the River Phoenix connection for Hollywood and heartthrob. Why him for something that generic, when he could have used someone else whose name isn't a relatively common noun?

Maybe it's a movie title? I can think of a couple (A River Runs Through It, Mystic River). Haven't seen either of those though.

I'm kind of unsure where to go from here.
