1/3 River vs aggro player?

1/3 Home game 5 handed

Villain is an asian female in her 20s. Very very aggressive/spewy. Played with her once before.

HH1 ~ Villain in UTG opens to 15, BB 3bets to 55, V 4bets 125, BB jams, V tank call JJ, BB had AA. Not sure if they had history vs each other but this type of play looks like online aggression.

HH2 ~ Btn(bb last hand) opens to 20, V calls in sb.
Flop 224, V checks, Btn cbets 15, V raises to 80, Btn jams, V calls and shows 33, Btn had Ax.

Those 2HH were from last session. Hero also played a few hands vs her but got bluffed out of the pot oop. This session only got 1 handhistory vs her.

HH3 ~ V in Co opens to 20, Hero in bb 3bets to 70, V calls.
Flop 77Jhh, Hero cbets 50, V raises to 145, Hero jams, V has 300 behind folds.

She loves floating/bluff raising flops even when I'm like the nittiest player at the tables.

Hero image ~ super nit, probably doesn't matter to her?

Actual hand
Villain starts out with around 400, Hero covers.

Preflop
Villain in CO opens for 15
Hero in BB calls with 44. No we not 3betting them vs her, she is super sticky/aggro.

Pot 31
Flop QT4hh
Hero checks, V cbets 10, Hero raises to 45. V calls.

Pot 121
Turn 7
Hero bets 150, V calls.

Pot 421
River K
Hero??? She has like 200 behind.

Her range fd/st8d/kk/aa/qx

Only hand that got there on river is 9j/Aj, probably no worries.

Is this a check to induce? Bet 50? Ship?
If we ship we might get value from KJ, KQ, Qx, AA.
If we check she'll go to showdown with this range, may or may not bluff with her draws.

Maybe blockbet 25~50 to induce?

Well played so far and I would just ship river.

Presumably no heart came.

I highly doubt that setmining OOP HU in a raked game is a profitable play against anyone but the most spewy clueless of spewtards.

I like giving poor 2:1 odds to draws, so I probably check/raise to $60 on the flop.

I also do a chunky bet on the turn.

I think she's often got enough of a hand to consider calling a shove (which is not even a 1/2 PSB). On a lower board where it's unlikely she has a pair / two pair, and perhaps with chunkier stacks behind (i.e. does she even feel she has FE at this remaining stack size?), a check to induce might be better then.

She seems super special. I would jam river.

Just jam the river. Betting $50 looks almost stronger, and letting her check back would be criminal.

With an SPR of 0.5 I don't think we're ever really looking to block/induce.

We have a pretty clear value jam here and can get called by a lot worse especially as she's an agro player so will naturally assign you a lot of missed hearts and maybe some other random bluffs.

Ok the general consensus seems to be jam. I did in hand, villain tank folded.

Now what would happen if we had AQ here(yes it's badly played since we didn't 3bet preflop). We check/call right? To those who said betting 50 looks strong, can we bet 50 here with AQ?

Now another scenario, what if we still have 44 but never checkraised the flop. Say we slowplayed and we check/called flop+turn, we still check/calling river? or can we donk like 1/3 , 1/2 or even pot/overbet?
