Does having tile tables on open and / or on close ticked help? I don't get this bug, with those 2 ticked in general settings. Coinpoker banned my account with money in it a few days ago, I emailed their team and they said they need my id and address because they suspect me of cheating apparently because they noticed accounts with similar details. I then sent them the information and they havent replied since. I find the similar details highly unlikely because i have put my name and address on the app
If you let me know your username I can escalate it - you can't DM yet but 2+2 should let you after a few posts, or if you post it here. I'm not in the security department but I'll see what I can do.

The rakeback bonus was a bit hard to hit. I did start trying to hit it a bit late though with only 9ish days to go. It'd be cool if you had a bit more time to clear it. As a consequence I did happen to smash in the leaderboard for the last week without even knowing about its existence until two days ago from someone in chat before I was done with the intense grind.
Sorry for whining at the tables in chat so much guys. I know it can be annoying. I'm working on not being such a baby when the cards don't go my way. Fortunately, I will get better sleep in the following days and will be better well adjusted going forward.
If I ever do whine in the future, don't take it personally. It is more of a reflection of me than it is of y'all. Cheers.

CP's app on my PC was not working, so I deleted it, with the intention to reinstall. But, when I go to CP's download page, it only offers news about the iOS app. Where can I download the Windows app?

It's 11:30 Mountain Time in the US. The lobby shows 3310 Players.
We don't currently allow any extra flat rakeback on top of the in-house 33% rakeback. But we plan to add some extra volume based VIP rewards, on top of the 33% (well around 31-32% after the fees with CHP).

Unfortunately we had the DDoS attacks, and some bugs after a client update a few weeks back, but things are improving again now. Lots of things are in the pipeline to hopefully bring more players in. Extra VIP rewards, another large scale promotion similar to the Cash Game World Championship - except tournament related this time round (we may also do a cash game one again later). And ways to make depositing easier - like a unique address for each player, to prevent mistakes with sending to the CP wallet from an exchange.
