I would like to play Drawmaha Prime, but I don't understand the rules because I don't have enough references. Can someone please tell me the rules?

flop is 4 cards. betting before flop (2 cards in the hole), two after two cards face up (out of the hole) then three cards (FLOP) dealt, betting round. last round of betting is the river, facedown
