With all the mess about the rakeback and the CHP system I have to give Coin Poker a break and point out some good things here.
The support is super fast and very friendly + helpfull. Also you have the fastest cashout for crypto I have seen so far.
But there is still space for improvement.

1. Pay rackeback in usdt
2. Give people the "visable" / transparent option to cashout without fees
3. Fix the note log at the tables, so that the focus stays in the note log, while multitabling and the "bring table to the front" feature is activated.
There is nothing more tilting and annoying than trying to take notes and being constantly interrupted by the action at the tables.
4. Being able to move the note log away from the table so that it doesn't block the table, especially when the player left or busted, so one can still make the notes.
4. Increase the time bank at least to 1 min.

Cheers

Why are there legit zero MTTs with an $11-$24 buy-in range on CoinPoker? The filter therefore also makes no sense – it's either $5-$20 or $21-$99. Any plans to fix this?

Every time I try to launch the app on my PC I get a warning message that says, "Use Lobby to launch the app." What does this mean?

My personal feature wishlist:

- Likely stated ad nauesum but I try not to lurk forums too much: Ability to swap CHP back to USD.

- Custom stakes filter, please. Let's say am currently playing 2/5 and 5/T, I don't need to see T/20, 25/50, 50/100, 100/200, 1kidney/2kidney, 1lambo/2lambo, and 1house/2house stakes. Just a small QoL for the lobby that pretty much every other site has would be great.

- More note colors/the note colors highlight the entire player box instead of a tiny circle.

When you guys launch a new token?

it's gonna be the same address just a different blockchain, so depending what wallet you use, you SHOULD still have access to it?

Lets see, i selected Polygon but ETH one..

What type of wallet is it? In MetaMask you can change the blockchain then it might show up. Someone here might use the same wallet, or try support ([email protected]).

Side note you can also withdraw to an exchange if you want (it doesn't need to be the linked wallet you deposited with), my USDT address stays the same on ETH / POL / BSC networks, the main 3 ones. Usually the big exchanges set it up like that so it's the same address for as many networks as possible for convenience, except TRC20 and some others that need to be different

Edit - ok it was an exchange, saw your DM

Unfortunately no exact ETA but they aim to revamp the whole client including the rakeback system in Q2, sorry I know it's taking a long time

I don't play here, but I would add it to my rotation if several things are changed or improved. I enjoy watching YouTube and Twitch type content and the people streaming content can barely get tables filled. What you are currently doing plain and simple isn't popular enough to fill up multiple tables per stake.

1. The rake back systems requiring multiple explanations to understand is too difficult for joe 6 pack of beer to want to deal with.
2. Go back to 6 handed like the majority of poker sites.
3. I didn't waste too much time trying to figure out all the different ante size choices the one time I looked in the lobby, but keep it short and simple instead of all of these different ante sizes.
4. And even though I mentioned streamers, don't use your advertising budget like you did in the past putting streamers into high stakes games. It looked stupid and wasteful.
5. I think Coin Poker could be a Bodog/Bovada/Ignition killer. Surprise, surprise anonymous poker is a breeding ground for cheaters. I think a lot of Bodog/Bovada/Ignition players are fed up enough to move if there was a place run well enough.

I'm sending all the latest feedback (#1236 onwards) now to the devs, thanks.

Custom stake filters and more MTTs are in the pipeline for a major client update in the coming months, unfortunately I don't have an exact date yet.

$15 satellites are coming on Sunday though, as part of a new promotion that's about to be announced - CoinMasters - and they are planning to monitor those and consider keeping $15 buy-ins as regular tournaments after the promo ends, plus we have another CSOP series coming soon that should have more buy-in levels that they potentially make permanent. Mario agrees that the jump from $10 to $25 is steep too.

There's a dedicated tournaments channel on our Discord where it's possible to talk to the tournament team directly if you'd like to give more feedback. https://discord.com/invite/9G8jhUNHw7

I'll try again with some suggestions:
pot limit hi lo games,
the "are you sure you want to exit Coin Poker?" pop-up, it's been in development for ages...
the "remember password" when you open the client

Password remember is stupid mate. Never use this feature this is a basic security stuff.. scammers and hackers are happy because 99% of users are stupid and dont protect own things..

True that

I've reminded them again now about the pop up. Adding new games is unfortunately going to take a while but we do plan to.

We've now added USDC ERC20 deposits, hopefully that brings in more players who are worried about USDT regulations in certain countries.

Find it in the dropdown option under 'deposit' (only use this one if depositing from a private wallet), and under 'deposit from an exchange' (only use this one if depositing from an exchange)

Also in today's client update is a new background for the cards / table, click the gear icon top right then Visual Settings

Hopefully it's clearer for people multitabling who requested bigger cards, let us know your feedback

So far the new cards work for NL and PLO but not PLO5, I'll chase that up

USA player.

App disconnects constantly.

Then reconnects.

It happened frequently enough to be very annoying.

Hi, under what circumstances does a player have to KYC? So far I haven't had to provide any personal info whatsoever, will I be when I try to cash out? Or is CoinPoker really 'no KYC'?

Also, is there any way to play the client on Windows 8.1? Doesn't seem to work for me, sadly my laptop is a piece of **** and I have no other choice

No KYC when you cashout either, just put in any crypto address and click withdraw (doesn't necessarily need to be the one you deposited with). Yes it's really no KYC if using crypto. 24 countries have the option to deposit via bank transfer if they prefer, which requires KYC but crypto doesn't.

Our email support might know about Windows 8.1, Microsoft haven't supported that OS for 2 years though
