[CoinPoker] - Official - Bringing the Game Back to Players
Hello Everyone,
This is the Official Thread of CoinPoker (previous thread)
I've played my first 10k hands this week on Coin since the update (was on the site couple years ago & didn't like it then) & have been enjoying it. GUI is worlds better, micros are much softer than GG (much less nitty) plus the rakeback is way better (~75% at NL5); I'm steadily growing my tiny roll by the day so I can hopefully continue to move up. All the negativity ITT seems astroturfy to me.
@Coin_poker is there an estimated date for downloaded hands to be compatible with PT4?
Should be fixed by the end of this week we are getting close - some of the work needs to be done by PT4 / other trackers as well. Thanks for your patience.

Can someone explain the promotional balance to me? Seems like the way it is set up I'll always have some leftover promotional balance I can never clear. If that's the case it seems like it's basically just a scam to keep you on the site so you always can play but never can cash out the last bit you've "earned" (not really earned)?
If you wish, you can play with it by withdrawing your real money funds, until you've used it up fully, and then redeposit. It could be used 1:1 for a tournament buy-in at that point to quickly use it up, for example. This is on the roadmap to fix, might take a while but it's not intentionally done this way it was hardcoded in the new software
This is how it works:
Promo Balance (P$)
Use it in cash games, tournaments, or casino games -- no restrictions
No play-through requirement -- it’s yours to play with freely
Real money balance is always used first, followed by Promo Balance
Cash Games:
10% of every wager you place becomes withdrawable.
The remaining 90% stays as Promotional Balance.
Example: A $10 wager unlocks $1 as withdrawable and leaves $9 as Promotional Balance.
Casino & Sportsbook:
Losing bets reduce your Promotional Balance.
Winning bets return your stake as Promotional Balance, and only the profit becomes withdrawable.
Example: A $10 winning bet returns the $10 stake as Promo Balance; only the winnings are withdrawable.
I'll ask the team about this, some players seem to prefer it the way we do it, some don't, it was discussed a couple weeks back in this thread:
If you email general feedback about anything you want to see changed, to , it all gets shared with the team but I'll also ask. I'm not aware of it being on the roadmap be changed soon though.
Players in this thread said they don't want to see mucked cards?!?
Every online player should want/be able to see muck cards in the hand replayer. Your site is one of the few ones not doing it.
Sent request e-mail to change it. Thanks
PT4 released an alpha that fixes run it twice hands, have to go to their forums to get it tho
Thanks yes I see there's a May 19 update - https://www.pokertracker.com/forums/view...

If you download it though the hand grabber quits working so you can't see the hud any more while playing.
Yes, quoted a few examples in post 2714 from players here thinking this is good for recreationals or they don't mind it. We haven't had many complaints about this on socials really I've only heard this on 2+2 where it's more of a grinder demographic. We've had record growth lately and reports that the games are softer now - might be anecdotal of course. Maybe some more players
Ok, I'll start complaining on SMs too if that will help (not help). Thanks
Also, a few suggestions for a future $55 NL 500k Gtd with a month long day1 flights:
1. Playing down to than less 5% for a day2 and not being ITM until then is very bad for the poker eco systems. Please consider paying out 10-15% of the field on day1s in the future. Or if you don't want to do that, just adjust the number levels players have to play to on day1s that means 10-15% of the field bagging for day2 and ITM.
2. Please in the future remove all the previous $55 flight we have played in our MTT listing. I currently have to scroll through all of my previous flights every day to get to my current day MTTs. We don't need to be reminded of how many flights/bullets we are in for in this $55 500k Gtd donkfest. Especially since it's going to get worst before I have a chance to make day2 costing upwards of $2k.
3. On that topic, any idea on what the mini cash for the $55 500k Gtd will be on day2? You are going to get alot of pissed off players if it's something like $250 or less.
Thanks for your reply and time.
They will ask KYC for any winning player. The site is promoted as no-kyc instant withdrawals up to 100k but they froze my account and stole 3K from me forcing kyc. Spoke to lawyer and she said its 100% illegal what they are doing. You can't promote site as non-kyc instant withdrawals up to 100K then freeze and steal funds for bullshit "investigation" or "suspicious activity". Absolute scammers.
When will you show official stats for cash drop? You talked a lot about transparency, but for now it looks like GG v2
Hi,
As far as I'm concerned withdrawals can only be made in USDT, I'd like to know which methods you guys use to transform usdts in CoinPoker into Fiat in bank account or Revolut and at what rates? Is there any way to get it into fiat for free? I'm a metal subscriber on Revolut, dont know if that helps.
Open account in some crypto exchange from there you can send it to your account

Just hit “crypto” on your revolut, receive usdt get address copy into cashier for withdrawal and when it arrives in your revolut crypto account you press trade and sell it for £/€/$ fee free on metal
What i meant was they asked me to made an explain about their system identified use of advanced RTA pipeline utilizing vision based automation and i clarify that it may be the cause of GTO wizard browser open in the background, i did not use it while active hands but they didnt even say about if its because of the browser, made me feels like they dont even bother to investigate
You got it be really really not smart to just accidentally have that open on your computer and accidentally grind at the same time.

finally was able to import CP hands into PT4 with this update however I'm still receiving the error "Warning: Coinpoker: Not Yet Supported: Splash Drop (Line#xxxx)" + several "Invalid pot size" errors. Out of 11.5k hands there were 26 errors which is much improved.
Does this mean all the splash pot hands are not being imported?
Also had a problem with my active bonus cancelling after I used the "transfer rewards" button. Support responded within 24hrs & restored it so just wanna shout out the quick response.

No, you cant get crypto into fiat for 0%, no where. You need an exchange like previous poster said. Even revolute is not free though they say it is from what i hear, but they only give u like 99% on incoming cryptos when you receive, spread, other things, its not a bad choice though and revolute is a bit of an exchange more or less.
Does anyone have the updated rake table for Coin? Can't find it.
I can´t open cashtables! Is that a known bug?
Getting frequent connection errors today on cash tables - most of the times all tables just go into "reconnecting" for a few seconds, but some of the times some of the tables get stuck in "reconnecting" permanently (until the table is closed manually).
Does anyone else have similar issues?
The amount of bum hunting HU is absurd please move to KOTH
The help section in the CoinPoker Windows app says that it's forbidden to play within a virtual machine guest unless the virtual machine host is running macOS. That's a weird rule given that there already is a dedicated CoinPoker Mac app. Is that rule even enforceable: can you detect within a virtual machine guest what operating system the host computer is running?
I registred to CoinPoker with the 100% rakebak promotion and i just hit my first 100,000 hands 😀, and honestly, I have to say: CoinPoker really brings a fresh breath of air to online poker.
The rakeback system is excellent, probably one of the best available right now. The software is clean, simple, and enjoyable to play on overall.
That said, there are still a few things that I think could improve the platform even more:
- A “Sit Out Next Blind” button would be very useful.
- Table loading/opening feels quite slow for me. I’m not sure if it’s because my computer is a bit old or if it comes from the client itself, but opening tables sometimes takes a long time.
- Regarding the HUD: it would be great to display the number of hands in the stats.
- Another important HUD issue: stats currently don’t seem to separate 6-max and heads-up play. This can heavily distort reads if a player mixes both formats.
- Hotkeys support would be amazing.
- Finally, there’s a small issue with joining tables: when clicking “Join” on a table, the table opens, but I’m not automatically seated. I still have to manually take a seat afterward, which feels unintuitive.
Overall though, I’m genuinely enjoying the platform and I think CoinPoker is moving in a very good direction.
