Hi guys, my account was blocked 2 weeks ago from Coinpoker, they said im using advanced RTA pipeline utilizing vision-based automation but im pretty sure im just having Gtowizard browser open in the background mistakenly, i did not use it while playing. I know they have the right to ban your account if they think you are suspicious, not even human replying just template,so im not trying to get it back just a remind to u guys if you were going to play on Coinpoker gotta be careful of this kind of stuff.

Jason's given you a human reply there and the specific reason, he is a public figure with 20 years experience by the way including at Pokerstars for a decade and Mayfly Entertainment a regulated gaming technology provider, before Coin, he's on LinkedIn, not sure why you'd claim it's not a human.

By the 18th is the planned date for an update fixing this, we're also talking to the various tracker companies for help making them compatible.

Whats going on here? this name or word is not common.... yet we got 2 on same table in $25plo mtt... small daily with 2 or 3 tables max normally.

I'm not an IT guy i still don't understand what kind of app can trigger advanced RTA pipeline utilizing vision based automation until now

I did contact to support about this. They promised to get back on the issue. No reply, no bonus. That was over month ago.

Around 2 months ago or so, I made a crypto withdrawal, but the funds were sent to the wrong wallet/address. Bitvavo returned the funds back, but now I need the transaction hash ID from CoinPoker in order to recover/access my money.

I’ve already sent multiple emails over the past weeks/months but unfortunately I still haven’t received any response.

Can someone explain the promotional balance to me? Seems like the way it is set up I'll always have some leftover promotional balance I can never clear. If that's the case it seems like it's basically just a scam to keep you on the site so you always can play but never can cash out the last bit you've "earned" (not really earned)?

Lol, CP literally made up all kinds of nonsense on the CHP situation. There are no rules as the only rules are the T&Cs and that's a well trodden path already in many ways. Personally i had a v minimal amount of CHP so not enough to care about but i'd bet that there will be some people out there who were totally screwed from it all quietly becoming a "play through bonus" with no prior warning of this happening.

CHP was basically always a play through bonus. you couldnt withdraw it or convert it. Im not sure about the affiliate issue with it, but as far as for normal players the change over seemed helpful.

Thats not true at all, it was how rakeback was paid, so by very definition was already earnt and available for withdrawal. I used to withdraw it to metamask, convert it and have the cash. I never ever once had to play through the chp i received as RB until the last month where, with zero notice whatsoever, they altered this situation.

And you had to buy it up front with “cash” or you weren’t eligible for any rakeback (which was the craziest marketing move ever “pre paid” rake)
So when it was done with it should have just been converted and added to cash balance …. One of their more transparent player unfriendly moves …. Of which there are many
