Guy,

I was debating El D on what normies would think about Filet/Breast v Ribeye/thigh. We talk about that "debate" on occasion. He absolutely skull****ed me. I completely misjudged my audience and made a rather weak ass case compared to a true master of the troll. Ironically, I eat more Ribeye/thigh than he did at the time and even today. (As a percentage between the two options.) Only within the last 2-4 years have I been able to find various other cuts at reasonable prices: skirt, flap, picanha, etc. However, I did get a NY strip in my package of ribeyes the other day (2 steaks). So that was rather nice since that cut of meat is prob 20% more on the rare occasions I can find it cut like this. But these are the perils of living in a country that doesn't cut steaks according to USA#1 standards. You get some weird ****, and just kinda roll with it. Atleast with a flank steak (or anything vaguely similar) it is very clear what you're buying by whats in the bag.

Grats on the potential new job.

Consider making some frens tho. It is kinda nice even if it does feel occasionally crushing to have to entertain (or go be entertained) multiple weekends in a row with your SO.

Oh believe me i'd like to. I've made one platonic female friend and 2 male friends, but the two guys are way younger than me at 20 and 23 and the female friend eh... probably some one sided attraction and I am very not into her. She's a bikini competitor actually, but frankly quite ugly and was also not in shape at all in her show. Relatively high IQ and has a cush job at a state owned enterprise. Among the foreigners I made 2 friends, one left in February and the other one is leaving in May. Brutal.

Lower workout went great but probably got way too psyched on the sldls

Triset:
Leg extensions: 48.75kgx26, 53kgx15, 60kgx13
Bayesian curls: 11.75kgx24, 15, 12
tricep pushdowns: 36.25? or .75 forgot x 22, 15, 9

Seated ham curls: 78.25kgx20, 12
Paused SLDL: up to 135kgx15

No downset. The SLDL was max effort. Don't go up and let reps fall way down, go back down to 115 or 120kg and do some lower RPE work. Not sure which, depends on how much my performance drops as I lose weight.

BW was 97.5kg morning after the hy00ge refeed yesterday and I'm eating maybe around maintenence today. No posing because I have some extreme pain in the hip from a bad shot (the shot was actually tuesday) and had to do my SLDLs with less knee bend, more ham, less glute. Steps I'm up to around 12k already, got my grading and work done today before the workout so I'm probably gonna meal prep and chill out, airplane mode phone, and play some more dragon quest and get to bed before 9. Last two nights I was in bed at 8:30 and up at 4:30 and 5 respectively. This sleep schedule works frankly ****ing fantastic in a summer climate with my working schedule; I should have done this years ago.

Day 16

12k steps so far
diet 200g chicken breast, 200g green beans, 16g almond butter 3 times, one apple, one banana. Tonight gonna have oatmeal with raspberries, whey, and greek yogurt.
Posing will do 4-6 rounds of mandatories after final meal.

I don't think I need to or should do ultra low carb days like this, not necessary at this stage and probably just going to result in performance declining too quickly. Do this kind of stuff if I'm 8 weeks out or less and behind schedule.

ohhh jeezus, another big stress bomb. Interview with a really high paying Hong Kong place randomly announced tomorrow. THey start with a live demo lesson rather than an interview and its in the middle of the work day where i could easily be interrupted.

Hong Kong School owned school located in Shenzhen, Macau/Taiwan/Hong Kong students only with a smattering of foreigners, no mainlanders allowed. THese places usually pay absurdly high since these HK companies have $$$ but end up locating in mainland because they save bigly on the cost of hiring workers and renting a building compared to just locating in HK.

Hard choice on "part time job and take a risk" vs "huge salary and likely great working conditions" ahhhhhhh choice anxiety alkdsjfkasdjfkasfdj

but hey like I said before these big stress bombs are great for weight loss lmaaaooo. Just I may not end up pushing very hard in the gym tomorrow or the next day.

Montecore wept. And I'm sure if they did the study up to around 400-600mg/wk, they'd find the same. Higher QOL lower mortality.

No sir. Family in Shenzhen and sleep apnea with bad pollution. I was dying in BKK with my mom this winter holiday and I have to imagine Beijing is actually worse.

It was "tolerable but QOL reducing" in Chengdu.

A lot of my "hong kong" students are just mainland mothers who managed to land a hk rich guy and their parents speak mandarin together and they don't actually speak cantonese lmfao. I imagine this school will be the same. Either way, their English is miles ahead of other places I've been and if the school sets up their time tables in less ******ed British ways they're sure to get EZ high scores on A-levels/IGCSE exams.

I wouldn't describe any of these as "harsh" so far, but none the less insightful. Even though he's very normie/basic, I actually really love Chris Williamson's podcasts. He also had Macken Murphy on, who is one of my favorite people on the planet, but this episode was not very popular as Macken's audience is mostly young women and Chris's audience is mostly young men. He only has like 20% bad guests and has a host he consistently does a bad job. Like the opposite of tryhard Lex Fridman, he's almost excessively humble and self-critical and this is attractive in some ways because if he's not willing to bullshit himself he's probably not going to bullshit you either.

Guy,

So when you post that TRT study, did you read it? Imma guess no.

I'm also gonna guess you don't have liver failure.

But you do you.

Evo,

I'm confused; this study is about TRT, not "TRT"; given that limitation, I think the most we can extend this result to is a gram a week of orals being healthier than half a glass of wine twice a year. I'll hang up and listen to your response.

I didn't even want to touch on this aspect, but it reminds me of the sauna studies where no sane human being uses a sauna like these ****ing autists.

do it, don't be a bitch and buy into the gynocentric propaganda.

oral steroids are pretty ghey. Don't take them basically ever. Even for a competitive bber they are "optional" and make a much smaller difference than people think.

They are kind of important in powerlifting/strength sports and you will just be a worse athlete without them, but much less so for bodybuilding.

okay not trolling:

I have no idea how they controlled for so many potential biases in this study. It's pretty obvious to me that anyone who cares enough about their health to be anywhere near a trt clinic is automatically going to be more mindful of their health and that could explain 90%+ of the difference in health and QOL outcomes.

"people that pay attention to their health a lot live longer? oh shocking..."

I mean I guess it's possible they took a random sample and injected some people with trt who didn't already have any interest in it and some with placebo, but that seems illegal.

School I'm doing a live demo lesson for today probably requires you to live on their campus. It's not clear. That's basically an automatic "no" after doing that this year. I need my own space, and not just to **** bitches without colleagues overhearing us. Just like mentally I need a physical space separate from my work space, especially "socially separate".

One place I've been at handled their teacher housing in a sorta okay way. They had these apartments that were for any workers at any of the local schools and universities, so you had people who worked at various education jobs at various universities, high schools, and research centers in the area. But it wasn't on the school directly and was about a 10 minute walk away. That I could definitely accept no problem. If it's another thing where I have to bring a ****ing keycard everywhere I go and the teacher housing is on or right next to the campus, no thanks I am ****ing over that not doing it ever again.

Yesterday day 17

Steps: 11k
Food: eh... not great. 200g chicken breast, 175g sweet potato, guac, 160g green beans. Unplanned cheat of muslim noodles+2 fried eggs, probably total calories around 600-700 not great macros, meal 3 and final meal 75g oat meal 300ml skim milk, 2 scoop whey, 150g greek yogurt, no added fat. Meal 2 was straight up just emotional eating because I was super busy throughout the day, missed a meal and thought "oh well I skipped a clean meal so let's eat a semi-clean meal with more calories b/c I want something tasty and pleasurable". Probably not going to break anything, but not something I should do too often.
Posing: 4 rounds
weight: 96.5kg

Today raising carbs/food overall and lowering protein. 160g chicken breast, 225g sweet potato, 50g green beans 3 times, then oatmeal+whey+skim+yogurt+beries post workout. Steps shooting for more than 12 less than 15. Already at 9k at 8:00am.

Guys I've decided i'm going to quit bodybuilding, quit lifting, transition, inject estrogen, and become an activist at a non-profit where our mission is removing voter ID laws, protecting the rights and giving free housing, food, insurance, and education to illegal immigrants (only brown coloured ones, not Asians who sneak in through the mexican border), fights to advocate for more women in management and political positions, and resisting patriarchy and rape culture.

Your people are ****ing inbred. But they do a damn fine sauna.

If you speak to anyone who hasn't slammed a beer or done a shot of vodka in a sauna, tell them to step the **** off and un**** themselves in a short manner. This is literally like doing a ****ing pushup for sauna culture. These ****ing queers posting about 75c saunas with no water talking about they "hard". This is like our boi N1H shitting on some commodities trader grabbing a latte going to work. smh. Fools.

I’m 5 months in now. Low levels as prescribed by my ‘clinic’ albeit I haven’t had bloods done yet to know how it’s affecting my levels. I think when I told you the levels you reckoned they were worth prolly 1kg of lean muscle per year

There is perhaps a tiny bit more size but the biggest thing I’ve really noticed physique wise has been I think I recover easier from training. I’m averaging 6 days a week most weeks and mainly training each body part twice (I do a cardio day occasionally which also gives the muscles rest) and I rarely feel particularly fatigued and often train 8-9 days straight. I rotate heavy, medium and light sessions too so I’m not going super hard each time.

I know I’m not eating enough to really put on a load of muscle anyway and I also eat just enough donk treats at the end of the day to prevent myself getting super cut, but I’m happy with my physique so it doesn’t really drive me

Other things - definitely more erections, definitely generally far happier moods (although that will also happen when you swap living with a stealing, cheating alcoholic with having a younger, same and v hot Brazilian girlfriend too!) and I reckon a small amount of water retention

I might push to up the dosage a little when I get my bloods done and have another appointment with the clinic and there’s a 20% possibility that I might get towards the end of the year and decide to go beyond standard doses. But taking it slowly for now and am definitely an advocate of it

1. Ew. You'd understand why this makes even the most staunchly chauvinistic of straight men want to vomit if you'd worked in this career for a few years. Chinese are also generally mentally/emotionally behind 4-5 years behind and don't start catching up until around 25 and you are constantly reminded you are engaging with somebody who is still a child. I imagine in HK this is actually worse because it's far more common to continue living with one's parents later in life due to prohibitively high housing costs.
2. Student dorms and teacher dorms are never combined, thank god.

All boy's schools and all girl's schools are a good idea. Boys and girls are different, more different than people think. Boys should probably be on a slower track and straight up start school later. That might do a lot to combat sex selective abortions in the third world or even get them going in the opposite direction in the first world knowing your boy is going to be at home another 1-2 years before you can dump him in school.

Boys need a lot more recess time and "unsupervised play" time where they aren't micromanaged and can burn off some excess energy. We probably don't need to change much about our education system for girls; it works well for them already.

Boy brains are slower to develop. Let's have them finish high school around 20, have them spend 1-2 years doing ****ing anything else besides university, and then watch what happens to birth rates when all the college freshmen are 22 year olds in great physical shape on the male side and 18 year olds fresh out of high school on the female side. Gonna be a lot more relationships formed at young fertile ages.

blah blah blah they need special skills to interact with women and girls and practice and ****

yeah whatever bro idc

yeah, I reckon 18-24 month maturity gap between boys and girls at similar biological ages during teen years...certainly up to 16.

As someone with friends, many of whom have children, I'm well aware of how "ew" girls at 16 are. There are certainly more than a handful of 17y old girls who were/probably still are "hot", but there will be no drug invented that is more effective at killing priapism than "I have to do homework". Folks are in HS here till 19.

Age of consent went from 14 to 16 here. (Euro usual is 15.) And I've met some dudes who were into that. (All very creepy and weird.) But never could really understand it.

This is quite reasonable.

But fecundity peaks far later for women (~25), so really dumping it in a hot young 18 year old is about as effective as a hot 32 year old for the purposes of babby making. They may look better (thanks PE and sports along with being unemployed with a few hours of learning as your only responsibility), but unless your argument is "Make Single Moms Great Again" this part is a dud.

Please reference prior jdock arguments on the subject that were hideously bad at basic human biology. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_and_fe...)

There's some interest stats in here.

Okay upper day. Today is actually day 16 of prep I miscounted somewhere
Bayesian curls: 13.75kg x 25, 8, 9
Incline db: only went up to 35kgx8, 10 my upper chest was literally still sore from a week ago
pulldown: 80kgx15, 6, 12 (didn't rest enough first set)
cable flies: 3 sets failure
HS high rows: 40kgx14, 11, 9
Cable side delts: 3 sets
pushdowns: 32kgx11, 25kgx19, 12 oof, big performance dip here

Food: 175g chicken breast+220g sweet potato 1 cup of sam's club guac 3 times, cream of rice 80g+300ml skim milk+2 scoops whey+15g almond butter+raspberries once

Posing: just dicking around in the mirror at the gym post workout, not formally running through mandatories.

Alright boys I turn my phone off at 7:30 and go to bed around 8:30-8:45 every day now. I still look at my phone too early when I get up. I am going to try to not look at it until I've finished coffee and i'm out on the track walking.

I'm dropping down extremely quickly with the retatrutide and it's causing some fairly noticeable strength loss, but idgaf because I WANT IT NOW and more importantly i don't think this is strength loss but just loss of fluid+glycogen meaning I'm not able to perform as well. But it's clear I could be losing muscles and facking myself up if I was doing this while already at lower bodyfat levels where I'm going to need to be very careful about losing weight too fast. I did that in 2022 and would end up losing weight while getting softer and looking much worse than I did in either 2021 or 2020.

This weekend I do not train as I move back to Mo/Tu/Thu/Fri schedule and I will eat up and probably eat a multiple cheat meals over the 3 day weekend. Then back on tha grind until whenever tf my holiday is (April 26? May 1? i literally don't even know) where i have like 5-9 days off (again I have no idea) where I will proceed to eat up again.

alright boyos c u
