I was watching some Heavy Spoilers recently talking about Fight Club and he made a comment that really contextualized this "attractive manly men are conservative" trope
Bob was a body builder, which is seen as masculine, but he got testicular cancer and since having his balls removed he has grown tits and thus is seen less than a man. The movie itself tackles the idea of old masculinity such as savage men that want to fight amongst one another taking back the more sensitive person they've been told to be. Tyler is very much about embracing ones more primal side but weather this is the right path to take or not depends on your perception of society and the world around us. Whilst Tyler wants people to break free of the trappings of society he also ends up creating Project Mayhem.
This is a group of men with no individual identity. Though they are "breaking free" from the order of society they all just end up following orders. We even learn that the punishment for exposing this is castration and this shows that Tyler wants men who don't fall in line to fall in line or become less than men.
Conservative men are just edgy hormonal teenagers who still lament about their masculinity and whats alpha and thus are hyper focused on their seemingly fragile masculinity and constantly compare it with those around them. Thus the endless focus on their fantasized sub par superficiality of the opposing team

I would love to see some evidence in support of this groundbreaking theory that MAGA chuds are the finest specimens that the human race has to offer. Maybe some snaps from a Trump rally showing all these amazing looking people? This was basically the argument that MAGA itself made that "Patriot Front" was a fed operation, as all the so called "MAGA" men looked to be in good shape.
We also shouldn't forget that as soon as a Trump sycophant was put in charge of the FBI and USAID was cancelled "Patriot Front" announced they were disbanding. I'll leave it to the reader to connect the dots on that one.

Most of the high profile "right wing chicks" I can think of off the top of my head are Jewish and/or Zionists, so hard to believe Brian would find them attractive.
