On Twitter yesterday I believe Mike Postle is being accused of cheati
God Mode part 57 - The slander suits.
Her judgment has been consistently questionable.
She was surprised that Nick was a POS when it was obvious to anyone who had ever known a POS.
She posts bikini picks and wonders why she is treated like a middle-aged woman who posts bikini picks.
Did her original Postle lawyer use to specialize in weed and bankruptcies?
Was he ever paid?
Where are the bikini picks? Asking the real questions.

The other day on Berkey's Podcast/YT Show he was talking about this, wondering why Veronica keeps popping up every 18 months with Postle stuff.
Ummmm, because she literally has nothing else? She's not a poker player, she's not a commentator, she doesn't do analysis like let's say a Bart Hanson. This is is, her only relevancy outside of latching on to someone like Vertucci and throwing away all values to make a buck.
Apparently Postle was in Berkey's chat, and wanted on, but they never got to it. "What more can he say"

There's an odd arc going on in a couple of the recent episodes that suggest people were aware of Postle's phone in his crotch. Is that for real? I thought the entire scandal went unnoticed for a year-plus precise because no one knew what to look for.
I'm largely enjoying the series but I'm sensing some revisionist history here. I hope she's buttoned up on all of her claims here. If anyone has followed the Billy Mitchell-Karl Jobst saga, you can see what happens when you're factual on 19 out of 20 statements but off on the other one.

Crotch Theory Optimal was coined right from the start.
The Mitchell v Jobst lawsuit was never about cheating, it was the fact that Karl claimed that Michell drove Apollo Legend to suicide which harmed his reputation and lost earnings because of it.. Instead of focusing on how that statement wasn't true the defense focused on Billy Mitchells reputation as a cheater and how he has no reputation to damaged because of that. At no point did the lawyers defend against the actual impunities during the trial. The judge got that one right though. "the imputations about which Mr Mitchell complains have in fact caused significant harm to him personally and to his reputation – harm that outweighs his pre-existing reputation and the contextual imputations" Most knew Karl was cooked after the defense rested.
Postle went after a ton of people for 330 Million but never filled one suit. Veronica (and Todd) hit him back and actually won their case which Mike can't pay.

Why does a low limit cheater, that didn’t even win that much and was talked about on here to death, warrant this mini series with such great production value?
More money was lost in random multi accounting scandals, at Agua caliente live games, and I’m sure Russ Hamilton stole more from that live game he hosted in Florida for years than what was lost in the postle scandal. Let postle die alone in the Deep South begging to see his daughter one last time, playing scratchers to afford some daily tourney buyin instead of building him up as some great villain.
There are threads on here about people getting drugged at the Tank game. The son of the Nationals owner, NYU Dave Lerner aka Perky, stiffed Jungleman for mid 6 figures, ran a cheated game, and sold his fashion company to the Russian mob after hitting rock bottom and breaking up with Lindsay Lohan. And people are making adult cartoons about postle? Juan Soto got traded because of all of Dave’s losses. The ego on these non-pro poker influencers is so funny because they are so irrelevant.
Life long loser, impotent, dead beat Postle cheats at 1/3 to 5/10 live in sac town and we treat him like XBlink/XWink lolol.

Just take a look at the hand histories, any halfway competent player can clearly see he was cheating and knew the other players cards. He wasn't even smart enough to be remotely cautious and avoid the most incriminating situations.
Doug polk and Joe Ingram both have a bunch of videos you can search.
It's often not about the amount that got cheated, but the audacity to do it on a live stream for months against people who don't understand poker strategy (including viewers).
The Mike Postle story is unique as a cheater got the full backlash of the poker community (accountability otherwise being at an all time low).
I had heard WaPo was close to writing a story on him but his parents paid Bezos to have the story killed, better use of the money than paying Soto. There’s still some NYT articles out there, threads on here, and nothing is scrubbed because we remember David Lerner jr is a scumbag, with mob trouble. Plus, his parents are the nut low MLB owners, and everyone knows that. But sorry back to the cartoon on 1/3nl cheated hands by the lowest of the low, because that means something.
