Hand 1 I like a small turn bet to set up a river shove. I think you still get called by non-Ax hands if you bet 1/4 pot, especially since with position it looks like you might be trying to set a price for a cheap showdown. As played, just bet big on the river.

Hand 2 is tough. I can see an argument for a call since you unblock all the flush and straight draws, and it's not hard to see him taking a 76 of spades or hearts, or 9h8h, or something like that, and doing this. But he might do this with Ax of spades as well-- probably not, but possibly. This comes down purely to what you think his jamming range is and if you're ahead of it enough.

Hand 3 I don't like. A guy playing as you described is looking for a chance to bust you and get his revenge, and trying to get him to fold top pair is a losing proposition, I think.

Hand 1....

Do you have almost 200bb to start? For sure value bet as both those cards hit her good. I like the advice of betting small ott followed by a bomb otr.

Hand 2...

I would iso pre and lead the flop. Gii there vs CO.

Hand 1 - I'm not sure why you aren't betting the turn when she can have AK/AQ/etc given this was a 3bet pot and she's not folding KK/QQ/JJ/etc I'd imagine.

Hand 2 - would of raised pre - like the flop raise and would continue betting the turn. As played I'd just fold - he's making a highly exploitable play jamming that large and I'd imagine it's highly weighted towards better hands although live reads can make it a call.

Hand 3 - maybe the worst of the 3 - he would probably check back a lot of Ax on the flop here given he can't fold better hands, and clearly he's not tilted as he checks the flop. Might even x/f the turn to be honest.

Hand 1: As played I would have bet 140k on the turn. If Villain has AA so be it. I bet because she can have a flush draw especially AXs. Also my flop raise size would have been 150k. As played on the river I probably bet 140k a sort of blocking bet. Villain can have QQ but I don't get why she wouldn't lead out river after you checked the turn.

Hand 2: This is similar to the spot where I have been jamming on the turn with what I think is the current best hand when there are a lot of draws out there (when I am villain --- because a bet of 67% pot would end up being close to 30% effective stack). The sizing is very polarizing and here looks like it could be a bluff (especially 76s on a double draw). However, it can also be an A high flush draw. Or two pair A8o/A5o type hand after the limps and doesn't want any potential flush to get there. Because we c/r'd the flop with an aggressive sizing (one that I would also do) it looks a lot like we have Kx and possibly KXs with a flush draw. So I am leaning towards Villain having an A and I would fold here.

Still it is a very unusual spot for an aggro Villain. Why wouldn't he have raised preflop with an Ax/88/55 hand preflop from the CO? Even with 76s type hands he should be raising pre-flop. So it comes down to why he called the c/r, especially would he do that with a 2 pair or better hand (like 85s/K8/K5)? Or does it lean a lot towards a draw (or double draw)?

Because it is an A that came I think I fold. We could be drawing dead or close to dead. Especially to an AXs flush draw.

Hand 3: I would never c/r jam here. If Villain is bluffing and we call here, Villain may bluff the river again. However Villain will never call our c/r jam with a bluff. I doubt we will get Villain to fold an Ax hand here with a c/r jam especially AK/AQ/AT. But what do I know? I don't like bluffing with an A on the board after a pre-flop raise from a Villain but here BTN's range can be wide. I would feel differently if we had a draw and not a J but still I wouldn't bluff here. I think this bet sizing on the turn and the fact that there are no flush draws mean that Villain is likely under bluffing here.

I would likely fold and move on. These are spots that are emotionally hard to deal with because we were clearly ahead on the flop and got sucked out on basically. I make my worst mistakes after I am ahead and then am behind. But here the pot has been smallish and no money went in on the flop.

Hand 1: Really terribly played hand by me. When she called the flop c/r, I thought her already super tight range in this configuration was narrowed down to overpairs. On turn A, I decide to check back as it's better card for her range, and my bluffs on flop come from Ax clubs which would want to check back. On river, I got tunnel vision and thought betting would fold out TT, JJ, KK and get check jammed on by AA and QQ putting me in a horrible spot. I think this was also influenced by a big pot I just saw her play where she just called a river bet with a low boat instead of putting a guy all in for his last 100k. I didn't think about all the AKcc, AQcc, and AcKx/AxKc that can call half pot. I checked back and she tables AhKs (which I never thought she continues OOP vs c/r) so I missed some value here for sure

Hand 2: I thought about this one for a while, and it just didn't make sense for value. A kid like this is going to raise AA, KK, AK, 88, A5s pre almost always, so when he limps he's stripped of most of the value range. If he has a hand like 55 or A8s, he may 3bet the flop. If he has a value hand, he'll likely bet smaller on turn to keep my Kx and draws in. The timing of the snap jam on the A screamed "I have a draw and I want you to fold a K". Against a kid like this, we can't only call our 2pair +, and this is one of our best bluff catchers in this line, unblocking both FDs. I was proud of myself in game that I thought this all through and found the call. He had 76hh for the OESD + FD, but we couldn't fade his outs as he hits the 8h. This one stung, as I would have had 1/5 the chips in play with 20 left and been in a great spot.

Hand 3: My thinking was that this V is going to barrel the A almost 100% of the time on the turn. I don't think my hand plays well as a call, because it's going to be very tough to call the river unimproved and I think this guy will jam all his air OTR. Blocking the J is important imo, as JJ and AJs are his slowplays from flop that will snap us off. Maybe it was a bad idea thinking this guy would fold an A. As played, he tanked for five minutes, almost folded twice, ends up saying "I think you're pulling a fast one on me here bro (lol)" and finding the call with A8o. We don't get there on river.

This thinking I don't mind, but you came to the wrong conclusion. If he's jamming all his air on the river, it's not tough to call unimproved at all. In fact, that's what you should do. All jamming the turn accomplishes is folding out his bluffs and getting it in vs. Ax and better.
