Can you ever win in the long term at the microstakes? Low table VPIP%

I'm currently a small winning player .01/.02 Coinpoker and breakeven .02/.05 at Coinpoker. I was a slightly wining poker at Ignition, but their software is dodgy.

I'm using a hud so know the average 7max table has a VPIP of between 18-25% and 3bet 2-10%. Although the 3bet% is low the call 3bet% is at about 60%
See screenshot

Can't really find any players who are winning, most are loosing.

I'd like to be a winning player before moving up the stakes, but how? I live in Australia so it's Coinpoker or Ignition.

Any advice would be helpful

Step 1. Play less tables

I'm only playing one table.

Most players will be losing; that's just the nature of online poker. But I can say for certain 5nl coinpoker is beatable. Maybe post your stats or hand histories for more advice.

I'm only playing one table.

My apologies, I thought you were on all those tables in the screenshot.

Are you a new player? How many hands did you play at ignition? How many hands have you played online in total?

You absolutely can win at microstakes.

People think you can’t win against tight opponents but that just is not true. As an extreme example, consider a table of opponents who will never raise and will not call your opens ever. (Obviously this doesn’t exist, but it is an extreme case to prove a point). What win rate would you expect at such a table?

To answer that, you would first consider strategy. You would want to raise with ATC. With that strategy, at a 6-handed table over six hands, you would win 1.5BB on 4 of them (when you are not a blind), 1BB on 1 (you are sb) and 0.5bb on 1 (you are bb). Total is 7.5bb over 6 hands. This is a win rate of 125BB/100!

Of course that is unrealistic, but it does steer us toward the right exploit - open with a wider range and over fold when opponents show aggression. It may not be as fun and exciting, but you can certainly show a steady win rate by exploiting overly tight opponents

I play 2NL on coinpoker only 6k hands but winning.

This was Ignition

Coinpoker

Post positional stats for coinpoker. Also it's only 10k hands, -3 buyins, that's nothing.

This was Ignition Coinpoker

Your sample sizes from both sites (25k,10k) are both very small. Also, your stats for ignition show you playing ~16-12-4 which is very very tight. You had a good win rate over a small sample on ignition (25k), but the stats we can see show you have room for improvement.

Positional stats for Coinpoker - Ive had a bad run with AK AKs since stating at Coinpoker see here

Ignition

I think Coinpoker may have a curse

I suppose at 7handed 18vpip is ok but it seems the table breaks often based on the stats (ep is merging two positions?).. so you are probably too tight in general. Especially the steal stats should be nearer 50% IMO.

follow rule 1.
